I remember they implied they wanted to use those original 3-packs as army builders, but they only ever came out with the SHIELD agent, HYDRA, and Hand ninja one. And, unfortunately, early on when they had limited bodies to use.

I always thought a Skrull, Kree, Shiar set would be amazing.

I was plotting out a Fallout diorama, and was considering using the newest Hulk mold as the Super Mutants. Fell to the wayside for a bit, though.

I agree, starting off with the packaging, it looks cheap, and severely under designed, like the guy who's job it was to do the design forgot to do it until about 10 minutes before it was due.

Then the figures just seem lame, I'm not diggin the new cobra commander, the red ninjas are fine and make better hand ninjas then the MU ones, but other than that the aren't that exciting, road block is ok and everything else is meh. And the accesories are shit, lame looking weapons and too few of them.

The only redeeming set is that ninja showdown set and mainly because of the accesories.

Compared to 30th and pursuit of cobra figs the retaliation line is a HUGE step backwards, and they further insult us consumers by upping the price to ten bucks.

The same goes for the spidey movie line, under designed figs the worst of which is that abomination of a lizard figure, who's body, when placed next to spiderman is the same size if not slightly smaller. Spiderman is Peter Parker, a gangly high school kid. So hasbro produces a shit figure, with shit articulation who is supposed to be a huge raging lizard monster but instead is no bigger than a underdeveloped high school teenager, plus he comes with a springy shooty missle cannon thing just like I remember in the comics. And on top of all that the jack the price up.

Nice move Hasbro. Thanks for making shitter products and charging more for them, we all appreciate that.

I've been to a total of 14 stores in the past two weeks looking for those dang ninjas. I've found full cases minus the ninjas of course at least 5 times, and all but 4 of the 14 had the figures. Clearly someone near me is either army building or scalping. Just wish they'd share :(

As for the gi joe line evry line has it good and bad figures. Marvel universe good is the dd and bullseye two pack bad is mr sinister. Gi joe I dont care to collect. But somthing I can uses for customs. Good the red ninjas bad the rock. As for bat man not one good figure I can uses. I have done alot of shoping for diffrent toys. I have even got barbies to uses the wings to make some figures or the horse from them to make beta ray. But the batman line has not come out with a single good figure or with and parts I could use. Its a joke... its worse then jack in the box toys and for a year they gave out stickers....
