No ankle pivots on a $20 figure in 2015, now 2016, is unacceptable.

But she has high heel boots. She might break and ankle if she has ankle pivots!

Watching that documentary made me really wish we had gotten that Superman movie instead of having to wait for the less than super Superman Returns. It would've been at the very least a weird and outlandish take compared to everything we've gotten but it still would've been pretty "Superman" in tone or at best it could've been another actually good Superman movie.

Ehh, maybe, but it is an entirely new sculpt and has ankle hinges so I can let it slide...

Two more Xenos arrived in the mail today...although for some reason the jaw on the black one became unpegged inside the packaging for some reason. Not a dealbreaker...but since I keep my Xenos MOC, this one is gonna chafe a little. Curses!

I got some comic history in the mail today:

http://i1100.photobucket.com/albums/...psjrhshtn1.jpg

These don’t come up for sale that often so I was glad to be able to find this. It’s not a mint condition copy but as a reader’s copy I think it’s just fine.

And yes, it is a first printing.

Nice! I have a copy of it as well, though mine's just the reprint with the gold border :D

Bit annoyed the packaging got squashed, it was in a well padded box but it looked like someone had sat on it. This is after I flattened out a lot of the damage as best I could. Lucky I'm not someone who keeps them in their boxes.

Nice haul! Is the Zero Year Batman's cape and cowl glossy or flat black? I'm tempted to use the head for a custom haba

The cowl looks flat black more than glossy to me.

Over all these are nice. They are the first 6 inch DC figures I have bought since the Matty dc series ended. I have to pick up the first series now.

Well poop :P I was hoping it'd be glossy, ah well. Is it just me or is that Batman the first DCUC style figure to have ball-jointed hips instead of H-hinge hips?

Erland 03-02-2016 05:24 PM

Just picked up this lovely figure... I was working with a very understandable member here to get it and I can't thank erastop enough. Thank you bro!

Now to track down the rest of the GOTG figures for my MCU Legends Collection..

Sorry about the size, I can't resize on my phone.

Got these from local Asda earlier today. £5.97 each. First time I've seen these in retail in my area but it's not uncommon for things like this to pop out of the blue a few months after their initial release overseas. Happened with the Captain America: The Winter Soldier Marvel Legends last year.

Hmm, I wonder if they made Loki cause of his supposed deleted scene or if they just thought they needed to put in a recognizable villain...
