He's on a 3 day timer. Stupid they wouldn't let you know this..

It's not explicitly spelled out, but it does clearly show he's on a 72 (or less) hour timer when you see him on the map. I also did not connect the dots that once I beat him (or is it 72 hours from when you beat him?), he wont come back until the original counter timed out. It does make sense though.

I would love to see this kind of feature extended to regular maps and not just spec ops. It's something that doesn't scream "GOLD SINK!"

So that means I'm stuck on task 15 until he comes back even on the ally maps? Whoa that really sucks and puts a lot of delay then on my research. And it doesn't matter if you use chrome or leethax does it for the Ultron to fight him on the ally map?

yep your stuck till he shows back up. also it depends on your allies to check their maps. i had one show up, but he had 1% health so no lockboxes for me.

i need to delete players who no longer play. because if playdom is going to do more stuff like ultron, non players taking up my ally space will only hurt me later on.

I don't even care about the lock boxes right now, I just want to move on that task..But I did get 2 duplicates so far arg:p

How do you delete inactive players? I was under the belief that even if you delete them from your FB profile, they will still remain in the MAA game. I'd like to do some "housecleaning" as well.

since i've got downtime waiting on ultron... i have been farming 4.4 for cp's. just scored the custom magnetic field generator

So is the trick that you have to use a distress call during battle and then Ultron will show up? Or both players have to use each other's distress call? Trying to get a clear answer on having him pop up. Or is it just once you've beat him then after 72 hours he'll pop up again? Which is way too long, they should have done 48 hours instead.

Well I deleted allies and they are still showing on my ally bar. Oh well lol

Haha oh well. I'm not going to bother to delete, I have enough of my friends that play it so I should have ample opportunity in fighting Ultron and getting boxes from you guys. What PD should have done is instead of the countdown with Ultron during and after you beat him. Is just stick the countdown on him after you've beaten him if anything, that way it doesn't make player's feel rushed trying to beat him right from the bat, especially if you didn't realize or saw the walk through and realized oh wait I have to fight him on task 15...
Also reading the PVP rants on PD is hilarious, so glad everyone on there is experiencing the same issues I am.

PD forum rants are hilarious. Someone seriously said that the people who rushed and killed Ultron should have to spend the gold to skip the task. Because they were going to fast and spec ops ends in 20 days and blah blah. Like are you really that fucking stupid?! Be punished for trying to get the hero so later on can work on weapon farming or whatever people do when spec ops is done

Glad we have 20 days or so left though...I just hope they give out more then 1 ISO at a time:P And I'm actually that I'm not the only one who has been facing the same AI PVP peeps over and over again...that others are as well. Someone brought up a great point is that are people actually quitting because PVP is so BS and that there are less people to PVP then?
