Awesome line-up, Warrior King. I'm not sold on that Groot, yet, but your pics (and those of others) are bringing me closer. Still don't like the face...

Definitely get a good look at him in person when you get a chance. I had no interest in him at all (hated his hands and feet actually) but seeing him at the store totally changed my mind. And after messing around with groot, Gamora, and Rocket I think I may even go back for Drax!

The Select Groot is better, (I dont have BAF , TRU or EE ) but from reviews, the Select Groot has Doulbe Jointed knees , thicker overall( Select Groot is a Sequoia as Legend Groot is a Coconut ) ,the face is better than "smile take a picture" Legend or Halloween EE.

BTW ,thank you for saying Warrior King ,as Lapulapu is a real warrior king also suits Namor.

Yeah, the hands bother me also, but I'll take your recommendation to heart. I've yet to see it in the wild, but I haven't really been looking for it either. I've mostly been searching for Cyclops and Colossus; they only X-men I haven't found, yet.

The Groot I really want is that Hot Toys version, as a representation of a "giant" along side 6" figs. I have the EE version and while it could have been bigger, I not particularly pressed to replace it.

Does anyone have any idea when the Homecoming line will hit? All I've seen is March, but that seems highly unlikely.

Desperately need an updated Jim Lee Era Storm, and this Gambit figure is still good except for the fact that he's so tiny next to everybody else.

I'm perfectly content with Beast not getting an update and I would like to see them do a new Jim Lee Jean Grey since the old one is so lanky.

Storm Psylocke and Bishop! We need all three! And honestly it's been my assumption they'd give us a new classic Angel, but if they are working on the Jim Lee era....that really wouldn't apply would it.

Incidentally it's come to my realization that after getting The Green One, I now am no longer nearly as adamant about what "new" figure we get versus redos. I'm all for redos now. Yeah, I got what I want most...now I'm all good with everyone getting better figures. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing...

...and it's not like I don't want any new figures I just now see the point of redos in a completely new light (a green light! LOL). A brighter disco light! Ahem.

but yeah I love that our 90's X-Men group is getting closer and closer to being done. can't wait for a 90's Storm from Hasbro.

Yes, we could definitely use Psylocke and Bishop too. I'm honestly surprised Hasbro hasn't done Psylocke already. They would not have to do any new molding outside of the head sculpt so you'd think it'd be a quick buck and a guaranteed seller for them to do her.

At least with Storm I can kinda see why they're holding off on her.

Also Nite, I can definitely see Nimrod getting a BAF at some point. I would not hold my breath for any of the others. That's like saying hey Generation X, Jubilee...yes, Monet...yes. But what about Mondo!!!!! LOL...P.S....I would LOVE a Fitzroy but I don't see it happening.

@SymbiSpidey, the fact they put out a (very limited) Storm is that Jubliee wave is probably the only reason they haven't done her yet. But she will come soon. Outside of Deadpool and Wolverine she is arguably the most recognizable X-person (either her or Cyclops) and many a collector remember when she was probably Marvels #1 most recognizable female (80's/90s), so she's definitely a no brainer soon.

I remember jubes and her booty shorts and yellow trenchcoat.
Also cappy id go spe for a gen x wave. Then we could get chamber sync jubes m husk and maybe banshee and emma with modo as the baf with some alt oarts to justify 7 figs. ;)

Skin with BAF Skin parts....Emplate NEEDS to be that BAF though!!!!

I'll be honest, I never got Chamber's appeal. But I guess I focused on the Synch/Jubilee/Monet stuff more than the rest....and Emma and Sean of course. Husk was the Wolfsbane of Generation X for me...character people liked that I was absolutely cold on.

I think it had a lot to do with the character being tragic. At the time, X-books did a better job creating sympathy for the messed up mutants that couldn't pass for human. Jon had no lower jaw (from what I remember) and even after training, he seemed marginally in control of his power...talk about zero cool points? lol Add to that the fact that he was love-struck and you've the makings of a loser's smorgasbord. Those sorts of characters often resonate with young people struggling to find where they fit in psychologically.

Ahhhhhhhhhh... this is pretty much what I'm working towards in regards to ML. And Gambit actually looks pretty good, but I cannot handle cloth accessories. Need that Select Colossus though.
