As you can see, the size of the new Colossus dwarfs that of the X3 version, and in the second photo, you can see how the ball joint on the shoulder for the newer Colossus is a bit larger as well, meaning that it won't fit naturally into the socket of the older X3 body without a bit of modding. You may also have to alter the peg size as well... http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j1...403_205341.jpg http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j1...403_205320.jpg Great Pics BB...I've been feeling an overwhelming urge to pull my Sota Fighters out and mess around with them as well. I see you managed to get the final battle Sagat as well. I had pre-ordered that thing with Wizard Magazine back when they were offering the exclusive, and then Capcom went and pitched a fit over the blood on the figures. I ended up getting a non-bloody version of the two pack from Wizard. Believe me, I was not happy, especially since I already had the series one figures to begin with. |
I definitely see what you mean. Thanks for those pics.

http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j1...6136a51313.jpg Kind of an old pic of mine, from my first days here at the Ark, but here's the crew. The lack of Dee Jay kills me every time I look at it... |

Hydra 2 Pack has me excited.
Ideal: Crossbones or Strucker and Hydra Soldier (w/ alt bob head). I feel like most people would pick up multiples to army build seeing how hard the hydra soldier has been to come by. Crossbones is an easy head swap on Nuke. Likely: Hydra Cap and Red Skull. Really all this would require is a new shield mold, everything else they have. |
Some great pairings and shots there @Boy Blunder!
I just signed up to share a couple of shots of my SOTA SF collection, whilst they were being discussed. Turns out I can't post links yet... |

UK collector here. Anyone else baffled at prices over here? The only place I can find recent waves is Forbidden Planet, who have just increased the price per figure to £26.99 for the Sandman BAF wave!! GBP£189 for the wave… According the current exchange rates, that works out at about USD$235. I guess it could be worse... like TRU charging £80 for MP Bumblebee...
I guess ‘inflation’ and ‘brexit’ and ‘price of oil/plastic’ are all valid arguments – but it sometimes feels like I’m getting priced outta the hobby. Fortunately, managed to convince the missus to order X-Men Warlock wave from an e-tailer for my birthday. Not much cheaper but at least I got ‘em. Now I’ve just to go wait to July to open them! Here’s hoping no serious QC! Do we know of any common problems (beyond Warlock’s loose knees and Cyke’s floppy straps)? |
So I finally started to read the Roger Stern Spider-Man Omnibus and I have enjoyed the issues I have read so far. Not to mention the running gag about Spidey getting gased in each issue has been hilarious. Obviously, jumping ahead so many issues has left some confusion on my part. Like really? Jameson had a "nervous breakdown?" That just sounds stupid. Oh, but it wasn't really a nervous breakdown, it was mind control. o_O Riiiiiiiiight. When did Aunt May go into an old folks home? Where is MJ and Harry? When and why did Peter start working for the Globe? lol
Anyway, my only nitpick is really that the art has been hit or miss. Vulture was drawn quite badly in the story dealing with him. Oh, and imagine my surprise when I got introduced to Roderick Kingsley, squirmy flamboyant fashion thief who makes Rupaul look straight. :D |

However this will help for those who were waiting or who have missed out. And I'm guessing dorkside will do individual figures as usually which will be great for those needing Cyclops and Colossus. I do wonder as others have posted, if this will be a new thing for Legends. Between Target, Walmart, TRU, and Walgreens, and that's just in my area, you have four retailers to choose from as well as other regional ones I'm sure. If they did a staggered release to one retailer early it would help those who "have to have it now" and willing to make the effort to get out there and search for it. And those who are willing to wait (as I will be for the rest of the year I think, except for the A-Force pack), you still have your e-tailer route. I know it's got frustrating points to it but it's also a win-win in another point of view. |

If the wife hadn't already found and grabbed me Sunfire, I'd be looking at getting a wave/case order. Might still do that - the hips on my Warlock torso feel a bit gummy, like the posts might tear if I move the legs too much. Anyone else having that issue? |

along with BBTS Dorkside has also put the X-wave up for preorder for April (guessing April 15th) there is the 7 fig. case and 8 fig case (double of OML)
https://www.dorksidetoys.com/Marvel-.../b8343as20.htm for 7 7 fig. No singles that I can see of yet, but that may change, they will likely have them like in the past but that's of course just my own speculation. I would totally buy from them if I hadn't found this wave already, have started using them this past year as they are local to me, and service has been great! |
