Found a YouTube review for that Doombot. Pretty sick figure for what it is...I just don't see it's value being $200. But then again I didn't collect that series to know much about it.

And is this the only Iron Man Marvel Legend with RDJr's face? I had it a loooooooooooong time ago but yikes at what they're selling for now. I wish I could find his head mold for some other IM figs I have.

I wish I had about 5 or 6 of those Doombot's. I'd read on another forum awhile back that there were lots to be had in the UK at one point and were readily found at bargain prices!

I've never been a garage sale guy, but this summer I'll see if there are some gems out there - fade to utopic dream sequence -

Looks like GOTG Nova pre-order is dunzo...sold out.

I hope whoever wanted him got them in time. Never really liked any Nova comic except for the current run with Sam Alexander, if they make a figure of him, I'd get that. Like this custom... Nova - Marvel Now! (Sam Alexander) Custom Action Figure

Nova will probably look really good in person due to the glossy paint but Iron Man looks so flat. They should have given it a wash...it looks like a cheap PlaySkool toy in all the ToyFair pics. http://marveltoynews.com/wp-content/...15-1917281.jpg

I seriously can't wait to build Groot. It's going to look great with both movie and BAF Rocket.

Hopefully the SDCC 14 rumors/speculations (Marvel Legends SDCC 2014 Exclusive Speculation. • The Raft: The Unofficial Marvel Toy Board • The Fwoosh Forums) are true that it will be a GOTG Marvel Comics Legends box set. I love Star Lord and Gamora's Marvel Now costumes.

I read the GOTG Prequel comic (http://www.guardthegalaxy.com/2014/0...ians-of_3.html) yesterday. Man! Movie version of Nebula kicks so much ass. Praying she makes it into Wave 2 of the figure line (along with a movie version Nova)

Whaaaa ?!?!? Does he normally sell for that price ?!? The Wal-Marts around me had that Iron Man on clearance for such a long time, but I just kept passing on him, telling myself that I didn't need anymore Iron Man figures in my collection ! I'm regretting that decision now !

Yep, REAL expensive.
I passed up a lot as well, then a few years ago I decided I wanted a Mark 4 suit for my display, and that was the only Mark 4 they made.
But, I finally got the stealth suit Iron Man since its the Mark 4 with a different paint scheme.

Finally found a Black Widow at the local Target. I caught them while they were putting up the stock off the truck. It was also a nice little surprise that the Cap figures are on sale this week, so I got her for $17.99. I would still love to get two more, but for now I'm just happy that I have her.

AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Are you kidding me!? I HAD that figure! I gave it to a comworker in a box of other toys (including the Iron Man 2 6" War Machine) for her kid! Man, that's a kick in the pants! Though I do think I have the RDJ head and extra hands in my fodder box...

Nope I'm still trying to snag one too.. you'd be lucky if you can find a scalper selling it at double the price of $40 since they are now pushing $50-$60, which is ridiculous..

I refuse to support the scalpers...I can hold out once the initial rush dies down I am sure I will find her. Flashback to 6 inch Tygra of Thundercats 2yrs ago. Besides I just talked to TRU CS and TRU warehouse should be getting them next week. She says about 2 weeks to hit the stores....but if I get lucky before then I will still be happy

The MS Abomination really compliments an ML collection. Rhino is absolutely perfect IMO. Marvel Select has been doing a lot of movie versions for the past little while, I hope they make some more compatible figs like the Hulk Buster armor, Apacolypse, Lockjaw, and other super-sized Marvel characters.

And rerelease Uatu, I missed out on that one :mad2

I can't find a Marvel Select Venom (for less than $25) at all. I moved to California from NY when it came out and was too busy to buy one at my local comic shop back home...long gone now. I'm sure ome day I'll find it. But yeah. Marvel Select = Awesome

That was probably my canceled order. Yeah, I had purchased 2 yesterday (son and myself) but I must say kudos to Hasbro for keeping their promise of one per household. Son is happy! Lol

Where can I get a head that looks like Robert Downey Jr's that would fit Marvel Legends?

I know there's a few sites where they mod and mold Hot Toys heads but they can't list names due to license issues. I've been looking for hours and can't find one.
