Well maybe one of these days an Arker will stumble onto a bunch of them and we'll all get one.

Has his cape been used on another (cheaper) figure?

I want that cape for my custom Avengers Thor.

Ultraman has a similar cape but its a little shorter and is a brighter red. He's pretty cheap lately.
