(Please tell me Herbie doesn't count as one of the 4 for $20)

Lol I feel you. Skrull and foster are just the more random. Kinda characters not everyone needs. Lol herbie doesnt count as figure.

Guys just going quickly off topic,i know a lot of you are frequent store browsers,if you see any of the figures on my wants list:
proteus needs these!! - Toy Discussion at Toyark.com
Could you pick em up for me please, theres little to no chance of me finding them here in the uk for reasonable prices!! (If you are concerned about my credibility my feedback is at the bottom of the post!!!)

Okay, another sanity check for completion's sake. Am I missing any 3.75 Marvel lines out of the following?

Toy Biz
*Marvel Legends Showdown

Hasbro
*Marvel Universe
*X-Men Origins: Wolverine
*Wolverine & The X-Men
*Iron Man 2
*Iron Man: Armored Adventures
*Spider-Man
*The Amazing Spider-Man
*Thor
*Captain America: The First Avenger
*The Avengers

Boba Fettuccini 06-20-2012 02:27 AM

Iron Man: The Armored Avenger.

It was pretty much just IM2, but the packaging was different. The 4" never really hit retail, but it was available online.

vampireheart 06-20-2012 02:29 AM

Hulk Movie Figures from 2008 were 3.75 they had Blonsky and Hulkbuster troops and the Hulk from that line was about 5 inches. (Thats him in this photo)

Hm... I see those at vampireheart's site... never heard of them. I'd only seen the six-inchers. Online-only, you say?

Good to know. I'll have to see what I can find of those. What's the packaging look like?

I may have that guy in my closet. I'll check tomorrow and let you know. Well, unless I forget, which is sort of possible.

Scythe 06-20-2012 04:28 AM

Hey guys, does anyone want a Light Up Base Avengers Hulk, LUB Shieldless Bucky or an early wave Franken-Head Hulk for cheapo?? They're extras I don't want and if anyone wants to trade or buy em off for their collection or custom stuff, hit me up with a PM. I'd rather hook up a fellow Arker than go the eBay. I might be able to get a LUB Black Panther also.

Veronica Mars really wants the LUB panther, but doesn't need/want the base, if you happen to get panther, hit her up, she will liberate it from u quick, fast, and in a hurry.

Looks like Ultimate universe gets the most love, and that's understandable. I'm really surprised that there are no AoA figures yet. It's really popular and as of right now pretty important storyline-wise (was the subject of one arc in Uncanny X-Force recently, and more tales take place there, as well as that arc leading to an AoA spin-off - not to mention AoA Kurt joining the team). With quite a few of the characters just being simple repaints and/or headswaps I would have thought there would be at least a couple by now. Hm... maybe we'll see at one of the cons coming up.

Indeed my friend, indeed. I still want to do a AoA Wolverine from the Uncanny X-Force series. He was so badass with the hand cannon. Thats a project that I definitely want to complete sometime. The way he was drawn makes him look more bulky too because I was going to use the patch mold like other AoA wolverines but this one's got some more muscle and stature to him. An AoA sunfire would be cool too since they could re-use the human torch mold.

It is actually the Savage Hulk, but he's from the Marvel Legends Hulk line that came with the Fing Fang Foom Build A Figure. Also, this is the variant the regular version is Grey Hulk. :)

quinten182 06-20-2012 08:07 AM

Awesome customer service like fast reply. :P

Sadly he is just too much for me to pay to just have a nice sized Hulk to fit in with the 3.75ers.. I do love his look though. Are there equally as good but cheaper options suggested? I reallyyy like that one in the pics posted..

Mastersteef 06-20-2012 08:30 AM

Idk if anyone has seen this yet, but there's apparently a ASM K-mart Exclusive 3-pack that was found in Australia.

It looks like Spidey takes the lion's share (especially if you count Ultimate Scorpion, and of course we've got Ultimate Pete and Miles coming). Iron Man and Cap get a couple each... and then Maggie gets one. Who else is there? Am I missing any?

Grey Hulk could be considered the Ultimates Hulk...

Damn. Time to return the extras I have too. No other Arkers looking for the Hulk/Hawkeye/Loki 4-Pack? I have extras for cost + shipping.

DAMN IT! K-MART?!?!?

K-Mart is basically out of business! Why would they get any more exclusives when more than 50% of their stores closed?!? WTF?!?!

99% of retailers never chose to carry them because they still had IM2 overstock. They popped up all over ebay and other online sellers but pretty much no one saw them retail. Best figure in the series was a MK V repaint that was a little duller and greyed out, and included a movie-accurate suitcase armor accessory.

quinten182 06-20-2012 09:41 AM

If this pack hits k-mart anything like the captain america 3-pack did, I'll find cartloads to send out to anyone that wants one.. I have access to 3 k-marts close by and they're all loaded with clearanced cap 3-packs that we all so desperately wanted at the time.
