Joking aside there's only one prerequisite to being on this here Ark, and it's toys! Have 'em, be interested in 'em, make 'em, whatever you like just so long as it's toy in nature. Besides this is the internet, you can lie about your age all day and no one's the wiser to the truth but yourself. Plus discrimination (about age or anything) is a really dumb thing to do and we're all cool here so we don't do it.
