It's pretty easy if you're going to do it online. I wouldn't even consider trying to find a freshly released wave in stores, unless it was something like the X-Men wave that was a target first release exclusive (plus, I really REALLY wanted that wave lol). Driving to various stores without knowing if they're there or not, it's too hit or miss, and to me too much of a waste of time. At least online you know it's in stock and for what price it is. Definitely the way to go.

Just got my Tombstone from Amazon. This figure is pretty freakin' awesome. It might not have been everybody's preferred costume choice (I personally don't mind it at all), but it's a pretty damn accurate representation of the character. I like the new body they're using here and Hasbro actually sculpted shirt, it isn't just painted on. My only issue with him is the issue that everybody seemed to have with Cyclops...his boot cuffs are separate piece that slide all over the place, and for me, while friction was enough to keep Cyclops' in place, I'm having issues with Tombstone.

I'm still extremely happy to have a Tombstone figure, especially one as good as this. Something about that head sculpt really reminds me of what ToyBiz used to do. Great start to what looks like an amazing wave of Legends.

Awesome man! If you've still got the box maybe you can tell what the product abbreviation code they are using is. Unless that's not on the UPC itself but just in stores system for the SKU/DCPI-thing (whatever that second abbreviation is)

I'm just trying to figure out if Hasbro is smarting up some and giving their numerous SPider-man waves separate codes of some sort.

Yeah, not to mention it's a waste of gas. I have a new rule that I'm only checking a few stores from now on. Sometimes it's nice to hunt, but only a little. Driving around a lot is draining and gets old fast.

Not sure if the UPC is the same as the SKU/DCPI.....I know that different figures tend to have different UPCs but might still ring up as the same thing under a scanner.

On this figure, the UPC is 63050951739

Exodus 04-26-2017 11:58 AM

Looks like Amazon has pulled the entire Homecoming wave down, they're not listed any more.

Jerseysteel 04-26-2017 12:41 PM

I would think that wave will be readily available like the GotH wave is since its for the movie.

Thanks for checking, yeah I wasn't sure if the UPC would be what we needed or not (unfortunately not) but the effort is appreciated :D

I guess it's just retailer specific not product specific.

It's not like they even let me order them any time I looked at them.

Granted I haven't been really serious about collecting Marvel Legends until very recently, but my TRU usually gets exlusives. I guess my store is a rarity.

The only exclusives I've had issues with at my TRU Masterpiece Transformers and that first Men wave

What were they? Nothing has been confirmed but Jane Foster Thor so it would be interested if they got put out for purchase (probably preorder rather than in hand), before Hasbro even officially confirms the wave make up.

I'd love to get this wave early, but on the other hand, if GOTG2 and Homecoming come out by May that's five waves in each month. Even if you don't want every figure that's still a lot. Several years ago it was 4-5 waves, then bumped up to 6 and then 7 last year. Could they be testing the waters to do 8/9 total this year, and ultimately release one wave a month eventually?

Thanks! It is possible it's not accurate are made up UPCS, but rather unlikely. I only bring that up because plugging those UPCS into google brings up three sites: Fwoosh, this site and reddit reporting from Fwoosh. So it could still be something someone made up or has wrong, just more likely it's correct.

Weapon X 04-26-2017 08:26 PM

There's rumors that the BAF is Stan Lee, which is absurd.

I notice Hulk is absent....I'm really hoping he'll be the BAF or I'll be really ticked off.
