To clear up the confusion, NECA's re-releasing a lot of their older stuff from when they were putting out barely-articulated garbage like this. They're doing the same thing with their old House of 1,000 Corpses figures.

This just reeks of laziness, and they're probably doing it so they can continue with Randy Falk's bizarre hard-on for churning out nothing but TMNT figures and ignoring almost all of their other licenses that their fans really want.

At the very least, they should update the articulation like they did with their Terminator figures.
I honestly dont believe Randy is a huge TMNT guy either...its probably easy money for them just do nothing but turtles.

So much NECA stuff needs to be updated, upgraded, and reissued.
