I laughed when I found the Bucky figure, but in all seriousness I totally missed the original release of the Winter Soldier and mega disliked the actual Walmart Exclusive Winter Soldier ab crunch. I'm not gunna lie, I totally plan on getting the actual Walmart figure just for the superior head sculpt.

Karl Mordo was at Walgreen's a few blocks from my house. They also had movie Dr. Strange but I totally skipped that one for now.

Because I'm a glutton for punishment, lol, I went to my local TRU's midnight Force Friday event.
Since nearly all of the Rogue One figures that I was interested in will soon be peg-warming for months and months, I decided I'd go solely to snag the TRU exclusive Hovertank Pilot. Going to events like this looking for only one or two specific figures is usually a recipe for disaster, but I got lucky and grabbed one of the few on the pegs.

To be honest, I'm almost even more excited about the FREE exclusive Pop t-shirt !

I stopped by a couple Wal-Marts afterwards and snagged this Ahsoka, which is HUGE for me, since I missed out on this one when she was an Amazon exclusive.

Tomorrow, I plan on picking up one or two of the 3 3/4" Black Series Imperial Guards (I passed on a few tonight so I could determine which ones had the best paint, so I could go back and snag the best looking ones in the morning) and maybe a 6" Black Series Death Trooper or two.

walmarts are having midnight events?

Kinda disappointed TRU had NOTHING! I was entirely too tired to even go to the midnight thing so it's not like I tried to get the exclusive. I will wait for restock.

Did get my K2S0 and Death Trooper 6" from Walmart though, so all is good.

Got some things from shapeways on order that I'm excited about, along with Pink Assassin and Miko from ironfactory too. Found a sweet ebay price listing that made them too perfect to pass up.

Can't wait to show you guys these if the shapeways stuff comes out as well as I think it will. Going to finally have a neat little Rom the Space Knight for my collection if the parts come in as expected. Can't wait to paint him up and see how he compares.

I picked up the Madison and Daryl Red Tops and 10 of Funko's Classic Horror Series 3 Mystery Mini's today. Felt like a good haul.

Today's pickups from the Rogue Friday events, which had VERY slim pickings in my area, as many stores received literally NOTHING. I wasn't planning of going all in on this film to begin with, so I can't say that I did too bad. Crushes my hopes of ever finding the Hover Tank or Walmart exclusive Trooper though.

Overall there's way too much here for me to talk about everything but I will say that assembling Vasquez's smart gun armature rig took some research and effort. I had to look up screen-captures and behind the scenes prop images to figure out which side was up and which end had the wires leading on top. Even then I don't know for sure where the longer extra wire goes so I fit it between her shoulder light/cam and her back armor.

I was pretty happy with my pick-ups at the Force Friday (Rogue Friday ?) midnight releases, but today proved to be really satisfying as well.
I FINALLY found that 6" Ahsoka figure while shopping for Death Troopers and Imperial Guards.

Hobgoblin is like a sleeper hit for me. I only picked him up because he was on sale and looked good before finding him I had no plans of getting him. I do wish his glider were bigger though to allow for more dynamic riding poses.
