Yep, NECA. Quality control isn't the greatest on it though (stuck joints, warped legs etc.)

the one on the left was right out of the package, iron man villaian (the name eludes me currently)
the one on the right was a touch up i did to make him pop just a lil more (actually was the first toy i ever painted.....go figure...)
