Wave 3 Robin is the best IMO. Next would be the same Robin with the Green pants. Here is Father and Son.

So glad I don't know alot about DC guys. I'm happy with my justice league and batman villains.

throw in a red son superman and a swampy. I'm set. Wife says i'll always find something else, and she's right.

That mad hatter somebody got the other day caught my eye hard. Like six to midnight

Barefootabe 06-09-2012 06:20 PM

yea if i had the room and spare cash i dont think i would ever get enough DC figures, but when it comes to marvel and other stuff i just pick and choose the ones i like most

Tiberius 06-09-2012 06:25 PM

I pick and choose for most lines, except for DC and Marvel. Even then I pick and choose :P.

That's funny because that's how I am with marvel. However, my marvel legends guys. I'm very very picky. Not going to make any friends on this, but I think a lot of the older marvel legends look bad. A lot of them look really good, but there's a lot of duds in he mix. One guy who comes to mind is the ML falcon.

I can agree with you on that. Rogue, Luke Cage, Falcon, come to mind right away. They need a good redo.

ToyAddict 06-09-2012 06:47 PM

Tiberius,

You looking for loose or MOC?

Hopefully Target will get them.

Dude. DCD Cyborg Superman is anything but Crap. That is the ultimate Cyborg Superman IMO. $75.00 is a great price. He is by far one of my most Admired Figures. He IMO out classes the DCUC one by leaps and bounds. He has every articulation point other than the ab crunch.

I just got Jay Garrick a couple of days ago. So happy with the figure except he has a stuck thigh swivel. I twisted it back and forth a couple of times and gave up. Don't want to snap his leg. Regarding your wants, Tiberius, yes, that is a very expensive list indeed, although I'm surprised you don't have a Batman yet! I had 3 Batman doubles throughout my stint here at the Ark, if I only knew. I had the wave 1 blue and gray, the Gotham City 5 Pack and the Batman Legacy one in which I acquired doubles through trades and cheap buys for trade fodder. I'll keep an eye out for that stuff.

I just recently acquired the last figures I needed to complete my entire collection besides the long haired Aquaman and the unreleased light blue costumed Superman variant but there was no way I was going to pay $70+ for him when I saw him on eBay a couple of months back.

Check it here. Should have New 52 Batman and Superman, Superboy Prime, and Red Robin.

So this ought to depress you.

Good night!

Other than the fact that I missed it, not at all. It'd have depressed me more if I spent the $70 and then you showed me that afterwards. LOL.

So I got my Mad Hatter in the mail today. It arrived with its right foot and right arm broken off, which appeared to happen during shipping. I can't decide what to do about it, because I would have accepted a partial refund and just had someone fix it for me, but the seller said something along the lines of how he "is a modifier and could see someone breaking a figure apart just to have it end up costing them nothing, and fix it himself so he doesn't trust the situation but that doesn't mean he thinks I broke it", which sounds more like he broke it because he figured it didn't sell for enough and this way I'd return it to him for a refund. Plus, he thinks I'm going to pay to have it shipped back to him. I hate situations like this, because I don't want to pay for a broken figure, but I also don't want to give in and actually lose money by returning it.
What do you guys think I should do?

You don't have to sell me. That is a truly gorgeous figure. I'd buy it, but i'm getting my wife a birthday/anniversary present. She's got a great "hello kity" watch with fake diamons around it, she wants the whole set. There' 300 right there. And the look on her face when she opens it is well worth not buying figures

Just hang onto it and fix it, man. Sounds like an easy glue job, anyway.

Very simple. Take a picture of the item received. Call PayPal and they will refund you when you send the item back free of charge through PayPal.

This. and if you don't see results and want something far more sinister, PM me.

makes me so fuckin mad. I got my snake predator from TRU.com with his left foot off. HOWEVER, it did pop right back on

DogFashionDisco 06-09-2012 08:56 PM

I'm probably not going to find this figure again, so sending it back kind of annoys me, and I don't like the idea of paying return shipping. Also, I'd consider fixing it myself but the broken parts involve snapped pegs, and I don't have a Dremel tool and I've never fixed anything like that before.
