@WeaponX

I hear you on the expectation of familiarity and friendship, before ribbing. Peace always!

I saw the white variant and almost picked one up as a Wendigo, but I think I like the real Wendigo figure better. I think he's supposed to be a bit smaller than Sasquatch, so that should work. It is more expensive though.

TheBlueMarvel 05-03-2017 05:32 PM

I love that Sasquatch, but I also really hope they do Alpha Flight properly.

That variant Snowbird/Sasquatch was a great idea, but it would have been so much better with an actual Snowbird...

the only problem i have with that wendigo is the articulation.its a great looking figure though.

Probably one of the best ToyBiz figures I own.

Galactus, Mojo, and the Sentinel get completed tomorrow, if my tracking info is correct. Woohoo!

Good to know. I'd love to do a display with Hulk/Sasquatch vs Wendigo.

It's only 50 cents, right now. That may not seem like much, but in a year another 50 cents and then another after four months, etc.

Also, you should know that it can be really difficult to tell someone's tone online. Whether you put Krom in it or not, it reads as you telling me to get some damn culture. A lot of people online are serious when they say that stuff so how was I supposed to know.

My bad then. Sorry.

A note though, don't take ANYTHING I say that sounds like an insult seriously.

To be fair, I feel like I have seen slight price increases like this at Target and similar places that went back down after a short/medium while, especially when it was only for one subset/subline of Marvel Legends (Spidey, X-Men, Avengers, etc.). It might be just a slight increase to coincide with the release of Spider-Man: Homecoming, then a drop back down to normal a couple months on from now.

I don't know that character, but the figure looks sick!

Each finger is articulated.

Trivial Psychic 05-03-2017 11:26 PM

While everyone is gushing over (or hating on...) the new Moon Knight, I figured I'd take a moment to give the older one a bit of love. While maneuvering around that cape can prove to be difficult, and that off-center moon logo on his chest still bugs me to this day, he's still a pretty cool figure with some awesome articulation, that can strike a pose and look good doing it. I'll be sad to retire him once it's time...

Thanks! It's through the magic of the Prisma App, which a few of our fellow Arkers use for their shots. It really does some amazing things to some otherwise normal shots. I thought that particular filter really worked out well for Moon Knight...

My cape has red marks all over it, at least that one does, the variant one I have seems to be ok.

Captain Nash 05-04-2017 06:57 AM

My trip last night was unsuccessful, as expected. At least as far as ML goes, I did find something SW related I was wanting. too many female Beetles and Morbius...AKA the new Hellcat and Sentry. I feel like we're going to be in for a long wait to see new stuff on the shelves.

I'm really happy with it, better than I expected!

Any word on the Walgreens Invisible Woman?

Regarding the intonation of posted comments, we rotate taking turns offending each other. I "inadvertently" do it all the time! ;)

You should try it, it functions as a rite of passage of sorts. Lets us know an Arker is real.

Just make sure he doesn't have any Football references though they take that shit seriously. Otherwise he will be Censored Lol

And to go back a little, here are my Legendary Comic Book Heroes, shame they only did 2 waves. Also, if anyone has the missing arm and leg to Monkeyman I'd be willing to trade or buy them from you.

Is it the right leg you need?? with the "thumb toe" facing in??

If so I have 2 extra.
