Just a reminder: Sales/Trade feedback goes in the Feedback folder only. Do not post buyer/seller feedback anywhere else on this site. If we find it, it will be removed.

Also do not harass members demanding that they reveal confidential sources for "insider info" and do not insult the intelligence of member by decrying their domestic situation simply because they are skeptical of something posted on the Internet.

In other words, have some respect for each other or you won't be welcome here any more. This should be the last post about that topic in this thread. Anything else regarding that topic should be posted in its own thread here.

Maybe we could start a thread to save the MU line. In addition, other sites should do the same. Once Hasbro sees the love of the MU line than maybe they will think otherwise to cancel it.

Because goodness knows, collecting signatures and likes on the internet always makes things happen! Like remember last year, when Facebook put an end to breast cancer forever? Or that one time social media helped the US government bring in Kony?

Can someone take a side by side picture of the movie series War Machine and the Power Charge War Machine?

Curious whether it's worth it to upgrade my Secret Avengers War Machine to the Power Charge one.

ive never tried it before but seeing all the good custom work you guys showcase here,is kind of inspiring. But if im going to try it,i dont want to f#@k it up,a few pro tips are always helpful :)

I've been planning a short video series on basic techniques to get started. Just the stuff you need to to get started - head swaps, taking apart bodies, tools, eyc... in the meantime, Figurerealm has some great picture tutorials for getting started.

DO IT!!!

haha. I really just like hearing about how folks do stuff. Always something new to learn from someone! Video series are super helpful. One of these days I'm going to put the mold and casting knowledge I got from youtube to good use.

That would be a fantastic idea Boba,Videos or pic tutorials giving pointers on Painting,Sculpting and the like.Maybe a couple of you guys can pool together and set up a thread, each covering their favourite aspects of customization, and a few tips in each catagory.

Boba Fettuccini 06-25-2012 11:57 AM

I'm terrible at painting and my sculpting skills have much to be desired, but my sister is quite good, and she's done a few commissions to make Quorra heads for the Tron Legacy line, so she might be able to help there.

this is what we should do.
I'm sure this exists already. But I still agree. This is what we should do. Resource pooling.

Truth. I hope to one day be able to show my collection. It's crazy cool but all boxed up. If I can get an entire day all to myself to do as I please, chances are I can take those damn pics already.

I hear ya. I don't have kids (yet) and sometimes I still struggle to find time for myself.

It makes perfect sense, these guys just blow me away with their custom work.why wait for hasbro, when you could do it yourself with the right ingredients and some know how :)

No worries Shockwave. Especially when you got a little one to look after. There will always be time for that stuff, we'll still be here.

Symbiote, take some new pics and entertain us!!

I've been busy this weekend and was hungover all day yesterday. This thread does need a shot in the juggular.

Fixed the man cave a bit. Here are some shots of my collection and display.

That Deadpool's positioning has me imagining an X-Force Silver Surfer. I can dream, can't I?

NoodleChow 06-25-2012 12:25 PM

i won't quote the above. your set up is impressive. most impressive.

No. What killed the ML line is that Hasbro took over. I usually love most Hasbro toys. But they made SHITTY ML figures. That's why they had to end it.

If Toybiz had made those same assortments, they would have been outstanding

SH0CKWAVE 06-25-2012 12:28 PM

Symbiote saves the day. Sick bro!!!! Awe inspiring. Thoroughly entertained. :)

You are APPRECIATED.

skywarrped 06-25-2012 12:28 PM

@Symbiote: love the pics! Very creative setup you have there. I wish I had that much room to display. It looks awesome!

Indeed. I find it rude to link walls of pics...even symbiotes

I'd post more MU pics, but I don't chage many things around. I don't like repeating myself either.

Hasbro strength is 3 3/4 to 4inch scale when they do anything larger not so great I was happy when they got the marvel license because I prefer the smaller scale

I thought she was just a rumor for the longest time, I wanted that figure like crazy, so when I found her it was like christmas morning. She's by far my favorite of the line
