Wanted the Donatello as well, but it was sold already ugh...

Those Turtles are cool, but way out of the price range I'm willing to spend on them. Hell, I'm not even willing to spend $60 on most Kamen Rider stuff anymore and I like that franchise more than Turtles. I don't know what has been going on, but there is no reason why Figuarts should have had a $20 price increase over the last two years. That is outrageous.

My purchases over the last few days :
http://i825.photobucket.com/albums/z...psqq5vjjnl.jpg I've been telling myself to wait on the Target and K-Mart Rogue One exclusives until after I see the movie, but I saw both of these today and just couldn't pass on them. http://i825.photobucket.com/albums/z...psdxqjcwxi.jpg I picked these up right before Walgreens' BOGO sale on Pops, but oh well, I was glad to have my pick of a dozen or so of Sabine and Grievous, so that I could grab a couple with great paint. http://i825.photobucket.com/albums/z...ps9xevspd4.jpg http://i825.photobucket.com/albums/z...psahbxfxni.jpg |

TRU Australia finally stocked these, along with the nre exclusive hovertank pilot but they are asking $45AUd for that which is outrageous. |

I've been waiting for my TRU to finally get them (or, restock them, if by chance they had the set and I somehow missed out without knowing). |

Yes, I totally agree. ONLY REASON I snagged it was because I had roughly 22 dollars in "store credit" so I used that and paid cash to cover the remaining balance. These are actually pretty well made compared to most. They are heavier and really sturdy with a mixture of metal and plastic I believe. |

http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/a...psr0auq7du.jpg http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/a...psn18fdjfo.jpg http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8zmmrops.jpg So I went to a local Gamestop today because after getting Gears of War 4 last Friday I decided I wanted to pick up the color tops JD Fenix and see what McFarlane was up to with this new line. It's pretty much exactly what I expected it to be which is to say it's a return to the ol' staction figure formula. He has some arm articulation but it can only be used to either raise or lower how he's holding the lancer and his hands feel to me like some kind of foam or something but this actually makes it easier to get him holding the gun as many of my past Spawn figures had delicate little grabbers. His leg articulation is where things truly get McFarlane-level useless as he technically does have thigh swivels, knee hinges, boot swivels, and even a toe swivel but these are all rendered useless by what isn't articulated in the legs as he is forced to be in this moving pose. Overall though I actually do like it because it does look nice with a solid sculpt and decent paint, unfortunately the others the store had all featured different paint errors and even mine isn't perfect. I do give McFarlane big props for doing his lancer so well, all of the figures' lancers I saw in store looked just about perfect. I found Doc Ock in a clearance bin for $3 and when I was at checkout the guy just gave me a handful of the Gamestop exclusive gear packs because they just had a bunch and he was nice like that. |
Went to Disneyland last month and was able to pick up some nice loot.

When Asty first hit stores last winter, I only saw him a handful of times. But lately, I keep spotting him at GameStops and Walgreens.
I had convinced myself I didn't need him for my collection (the Beastie Boys reference still makes me roll my eyes every time I hear or read his name, lol), but I went to a couple GameStops today with a coupon, and didn't see any Pops that I needed, so I decided that it was the perfect time to finally pick up Asty. http://i825.photobucket.com/albums/z...pszzsto8gb.jpg |
He's finally here! All the way from Japan!
Absolutely love this figure! http://i1109.photobucket.com/albums/...ps6exrxlxe.jpg http://i1109.photobucket.com/albums/...psak3aiikm.jpg |

( I have nearly completed a second Onslaught and no figure has cost me more than 10$) Gambit Select figure = 10$ off at Half Price Books store. New SW Black figures = on sale at Target OH, almost forgot. 5$ total at Vintage Stock for Both Howard the Duck figures, flaming sword, and a hover bike (my 6th one now). http://i1058.photobucket.com/albums/...psgng6jvix.jpg And to top all that off, I cherry picked fresh cases of the Gears of War Mystery minis from a Hot Topic and a Gamestop and got the rares of Marcus, Anthony Carmine, and the Golden Cog soldier. http://i1058.photobucket.com/albums/...pskyioiz0q.jpg |

Edit: Never mind, that's just a Gear, Carmine of course has the "grub killer" markings on his chest. |
