Always thought the Sdcc Crossbones was too bulky and hated his hands so decided to make imo a better Crossbones.

Captain Nash 06-04-2017 07:07 AM

The one I'm surprised that we haven't got yet (and it has nothing to do with she's one of my most wanted) is Firestar. I mean for heaven's sake we can't even complete Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends.

AFU 06-04-2017 07:50 AM

Firestar, yes, in total agreement...She on my top ten list of figures to be made, along with her, a 'Real' Ice man!..Toybiz and Hasbro have both flopped on their designs on Ice man...

Agreed. Thats why I will get a custom of her soon. Shes not a top priority on my customs list.

jwyss234 06-04-2017 08:44 AM

I was a Walmart last night and picked up the web wings Spiderman. They didn't have him on an end cap display though. The figures were in one of those cardboard display shelves that they put in the main walkways of the store. When I grabbed my Spidey, they were setting up some merchandise displays for Transformers and Wonder Woman too.

Dr Kain 06-04-2017 09:06 AM

Which version of Firestar would you guys like to see? I want to see this one like what was seen in Maximum Carnage:

https://static.comicvine.com/uploads...7_23_45_pm.jpg

They could pretty much just reuse Rogue's body.

Captain Nash 06-04-2017 09:16 AM

I'll be honest I would like the one she had a little later in Busiek's Avengers https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=...068394&cad=rjt

But I would take the one Dr. Kain said or even a classic.

Edit: sigh. I Can NEVER get pictures to work right here. It's under this link: https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=...068394&cad=rjt

I really want the Justice from that era a well, if only so we can have the full Busieks' Avengers line up. I loved that run and hate I can't complete it in either scale (due to Justice in both and Firestar in 6 inch)

Amazing X-Men. She was a primary cast member.

AFU 06-04-2017 09:46 AM

Can't wait to see that custom...Not against custom, but I never have brought one, would consider her getting her, if done right! Speaking about female figures, Hasbro has stepped up, and have far surpassed my expectations, Psylocke, Rouge, Jubilee, Jean Grey, Invisible Woman, Storm, Emma Frost, Santana, Gamora, and the recent Angela are fantastic....So for all past gripes on certain things Hasbro has done wrong in my opinion, in my opinion they are doing a great job with the female figures, Keep up the good work, Hasbro!

AFU 06-04-2017 09:50 AM

Version of Firestar I would like to see is her costume in the cartoon where she was teamed up with Spiderman and Iceman...

Unfortunately, Hasbro doesn't really play ball with the other guys. So getting figures from their properties doesn't seem likely. Not saying it won't happen, but heck the only way we've been able to get the F4 is as store exclusives.

I think Rogue's body would be too big for Firestar. The Silk body would probably be a better fit. Regarding costume choice, I'd really want the Amazing Friends look. It's the perfect mix of iconic and nostalgia.

They could just use hellcats body with red hands and feet and new head. Viola issue solved. ;)

Well Marvel.com has him at 6'4 and 290 so I think the WWE elite figure works and it's not as bulky as the Hulkling mold the sdcc one is on. Just my opinion

Harbinger 06-04-2017 12:09 PM

Dear lord.....just saw what not shockers costume looks like.......can we say goodwill cosplay gone wrong....? Ugh

Isn't that the point though?

I dunno, but it just looks turrble. Its like all the budgeting and thinking went into spideys outfit and some gopher for the studio ran into a thrift shop at the last minute and just grabbed whatever they could for the villians in the movie. Plus....i dont remember shocker being a black guy? Why couldnt they have used prowler...Gods knows he needs to be introduced ( and given a bloody legends figure too ).

There's no reason Herman Schultz needs to be white in the movies. Yes in the comics he is a white guy but it is in no way relevant to his character. There are some characters that do have ethnicity play into their story or only make sense within certain limits but Shocker is definitely not one of those characters.

At least they could changed his non supervillian name. Im against change just for the sake of change. I mean use the supervillian name okay, i can kinda get behind that but dont just use the same normal name. Hell they coulda called him Jeremy Little.

I think most stores had enough trouble trying to get rid of the original Hellcat body, let's not doom poor Angelica from the start.:p

This is the Firestar costume I want. And can we also get a figure of Justice from the same era they were both in the Avengers to go along with her? Make it a two-pack and I'd be very happy.

A way in which they could varying on release dates for the movies , lets just keep it simple and say they both come out the same year , stick them in the spider-man wave.

Haha....make the whole thing yellow other than the hands and feet then just red paint the fir bits on the forearms and lower legs. Yah both hell cat and spider woman suffered crosseyed painter syndrome.
