I had not planned to buy most of this wave but I have ended up with Cosmic Spidey (the one of two I wanted), Vulture, Beetle and the movie Spidey. Moon Knight is the other one I wanted and at this point I may as well get Tombstone and the other movie one as well and finish Vulture.

He is one of the ones im most anticipating. When i caught him at walmart the other day, i kind of was turned off his legs were a different shade of white then tge rest of the figures paint.... im hoping they aren't all like that

It's Phoenix's whole head, and it is Scarlet Witch's torso

I would certainly hope you wouldn't get any flack for mourning the great Adam West. I have to imagine that most comic fans don't seriously draw a line in the sand and say "this is my side and I'm never looking across."

donmeca2020 06-10-2017 01:14 PM

apparently they just put up a review and photos of that wal-mart exclusive black panther. wasn't this supposed to be released months ago ? i have yet to ever seen one in the wild. Marvel Legends 6" Walmart Exclusive Black Panther Figure Video Review & Image Gallery - - MarvelousNews.com

Marvel or not, Adam West passing has hit me hard. The whole reason I'm a comic book fan and collector of Legends is the 60's Batman. It was my first exposure to super heroes. Guess it helped make me who I am, my earliest memories are of watching that show. RIP to a true Legend, you will be missed.

JAG2045 06-10-2017 01:41 PM

If any UK fans here have been after the TRU Groot Evolution pack I just found him at my local TRU so be sure to check yours! He costs £24.99 :-)

True, this is toyark after all. But I'd probably get flack on other forums.

Never seen a MCU BP in the wild either nor do I ever think I will see him in the wild...But did get my hands on the most recent blueish/blackish ML BP at Walmart long time ago, but I've only seen this figure that I have once, and I have...Did get 2 of the recent all black Walmart ML BP online...Learned my lesson from the first release of Hasbro's ML BP...Go online if you want him, and don't look back!

Note: As a collector, the distribution has been, well funny!..For instance, in my area, past figures such as BP (both MCU/Comic), Jubilee Wave, Rocket Wave, Puck Wave, Punisher (Trentcoat version/variant w/red skull), Abomination Wave, Walgreens exclusive Wolverine (Brown/yellow), Cyclops, Colossus, Target exclusive WM/IM (Disco), and other figures that I forgot to mention, just really never made it to my area...I wish, like some of the pass figures that I mentioned, Hasbro would do again, just because the distribution was so crappy the first time around...How about you fellow Arkers, which set of the recent Hasbro ML waves which felt was not distributed well in your area?

I seen just about every legends wave get released around here. However here in south florida 9 out of 10 times the newest waves come out 6 to 8 months later then everywhere else apparently.

I was at my local wal mart and i stumbled across a fresh case of the spider man homecoming wave, same thing and place happened with the the last GOTG wave. But yet i never seem to be able to find most of the recent X wave. Been searching for cyclops and colossus, and i doubt i'll get them in store. For them i'll have to resort to buying online.

Marvel Studios has made my dreams come true. The trailer for Black Panther put a big smile on my face. My childhood hero and all his glory brought to life. Seeing all of the beautiful colors and character designs make me really want these in the form of Marvel Legends. The new Panther costume, Dora Milaje (Army build), Killmonger (Love that mask), M'Baku, Princess Shuri. My hopes may be set a little too high seeing as I am in the minority when it comes to movie figures, but I love these characters and everything they represent.

jwyss234 06-11-2017 08:43 AM

@Captain Nash
If you're srill looking for it, TRU in Murfreesboro has the Spiderman/MJ 2 pack. There are 3 in the Spiderman Homecoming display at the front of the store as of 10:30 this morning.

The only thing I was disappointed with in the trailer is the suit redesign. Everything else tells me that this will be one of the very best movies in the MCU. It's in the hands of Ryan Coogler after all.

I do like the new costume design, however, I would like to see more shots of the helmet. It reminds me of his design in his current comic run. I believe my man Ryan Coogler has given us something special.

Spotted the fabled Homecoming EndCap here at a Walmart in Clarksville. I stashed away a tombstone until I get paid later this week. The whole wave was present, but tombstone was the only one to peek my interest.

Hopefully if they can give us 7-8 MCU GotG2 figures over two waves they can manage to produce the five MCU Black Panther figures you mention.

Veronica Mars 06-12-2017 03:40 AM

Head's up, I found the Build-a-Wing Homecoming Wave at Wal-Mart here in Nor-Cal

That is my exact thought process. It would be a wonderful treat.

juggernaut209 06-12-2017 10:13 AM

Based on Hasbro's track record with movie figures, I would not get my hopes up. They have yet to make even all of the Avengers roster, never mind supporting characters. Most movie villains have been skipped. I would expect one new movie BP figure, and possibly one of the villains (Killmonger seems to be the primary, and I would love a Legends version. Please include the mask too!). I would guess Hasbro sees this as something more in line with Ant-Man, which is a bit more risky than another Avengers movie or another Spider-Man movie. And even those guaranteed hits don’t get much Legends support.
