on the details when i bought it, it says '7 inches' tall? :(

It's rounded up. like how Marvel Legends are said to be 6 inches but are actually closer to 6.5. MOTUC are said to be 7 inches, but really 6.75. Although, I'm not sure who said it was 7 inches as Mattel always just said they were 6.
