I think July 15 was the target date the sites were given when hasbro solicited orders. Per the display wave 1 2012 was pushed back to August.

I think we can forget suprise waves for 2012, wave four 2012 comes out spring 2013.

i also note they saw IM/Mandarin is out now. Any sightings of this pack out there?

That 2 pack rhino was previously released in the spiderman line (2 different versions) before the current movie line, I've got it, and it's awesome but, as was pointed out to me by the talented Ms Mars, he lacks MU style articulation, no knee joints, to torso articulation, and no wrist swivel. He does have a cool joint for his neck that allows him to look straight up.

So even with the lack of articulation he's an awesome figure, the other version we've gotten pictures of has all the articulation a true MU figure deserves.

What bugs me is that they would package a two pack, with a twice previously available figure from a completely different line, which wasn't particularly hard to get, and limited articulation and......... Yet another spidey?!? Not even a spidey we haven't gotten before, he looks similar to a lot of spideys we've already got.

Why not at least a battle damage spidey??? Which is a staple in the comics and almost every spidey toy line not produced by hasbro.

You know all the talk recently of the line ending and inside sources saying it was a sure thing, all that must have at least some base in reality, which would have been driven by poor sales.

How do they expect sales to improve when they release repaints and repacks and don't release anything new forever???

the SDCC Hasbro MU dio is the best I've seen in years! the Doom Castle as the background setting, complete with a Giant Doombot.... hopefully they'll share more pics soon.
