VM - awesome job on that Phoenix! What paint did you end up using? I've attempted mixing a metallic green but haven't been overly enthused with the results so far.

lol i didnt literally walk away without paying had a major toy haul at some flea markets today after getting my check they have MU figures at like 4.50-5.00 a pop got skaar, ww hulk cyclops and jean first class, archangel, and galactus silver surfer paid a total of 128.50

That SquirtleSquad7. Yeah, the lack of an official release Emma Frost was really frustrating, especially after the release of the Future Foundation Sue Storm. And that is indeed Hope on a Marvel Select Phoenix base - the best Phoenix accessory to date imo.

Holy crap dude! Those are excellent!!!! Is that one of those Dark Knight playsets in some of those backgrounds? Looks good.

I kind of feel the same way. My fiance' and I have already started planning a SD vacation next year, that'll be geared around SDCC, but all of these horror stories are turning me off. I might not be going now.. seems like too much hassle. I might just do the NYCC every year (until that one gets too big).
