My Walmart took the tags down today. Manager said these were not supposed to be out until a mod reset on the 28th. Every Walmart that sold them is in trouble w corporate. Maybe that's why alot have not found them yet.

Considering my Wal-mart has put out both the new Spiderman and GiJoe figures which are marked for the 28th I'm hopeful I'll find them soon then.

Found the 6 inch Avengers Wal-Mart exclusives today. Got a call from my friend Todd that he had seen them so I ran right out to check. Looks like a case of 8, like the other new Marvel Legends:
2-Captain America
2-Iron Man
1-Hulk
1-Loki
1-Hawkeye
1-Thor

I did not buy the Iron Man since it is just the same MK-VI from IM2 that is now "Battle Damaged" and I have the cool one from IM2 with the Stark head.

Heard something about more 6" figs coming out when DVD drops. Will be shown and announced at Comic-Con. Just can't justify Walmart only receiving 1 case per store. Make no sense.

oh yes, scumbags do it all the time. Sometimes it's not even close to the same figure but they always get taken back by "customer service"

That is some lowdown bullshit with the repacks, but the worst part is I still need that Cap,and probably would have bought it, lol.

Definitely some low class crap right there. I'm surprised they returned them with accessories (stands, Cap's shield). You know you're hurting for money when you have to stoop that low.

Sadly I'm a wrestling fan and this is common place. Try finding a wrestling belt with your figure. I don't think there is one that HASN'T been stolen

I doubt that. I doubt they brought their figures with them. They don't try to make things harder on themselves. They buy and then return to make things go as smoothly as possible.

I hope I see that being done so I can call them out in front of the manager when they try to return the figures.
