I technically picked these up on Saturday at my local Walmart which had three cases freshly pulled out but I've been a combination of too busy and too lazy to post anything about them until now.

Did not get anything but one of my TRU stores was setting up this big Tamashi Nations section.

So i went to Walgrns today to buy soap and deodorant. swung by the toy isle and didnt see anyhting i liked but i was looking for human torch. it did see Beerus from dragon ball Z and it was tempting. then i checked the end cap and nothing. then i had the urge to look around some more and i did notice that my walgrns is adding another top shelf to their isles. all of a sudden, on the next isle, they had human torch right next to the dog food on the new top shelf that they added? which was weird cus the legends were in the other isle where the toys are. im gonna start checking the isles more closely now. i told the worker how come they put the figure there and she said: "its on the shelf plan" "its the shelf plan for x-mas" which was a strange answer cus x-mas is 2 months away?

October is when the resets and new inventory start showing up. If they wait until Black Friday they are too late.

All my Walgreens have 4 to 5 times more toys than usual and there are a lot of new walgreens exclusive items that are tempting me.

Also I went searching for Human Torch and left empty handed and 10 minutes later my friend text me if I got the Human Torch at the very walgreens where I didn't find him... I asked where he was and he said by the photo area??? Went back in and found them on a hanging display with legends only on the bottom pegs??? Weird place for them, but glad I was able to pick him up.

I learned long ago to check everywhere in a Wallgreens for toys. Any top shelf , any seasonal area, any endcap, and aisle buddy, EVERYWHERE...

They had 8 more on the shelves and I wish I had money to get two more to take advantage of that buy one get one 40% off sale.

They are cool, but not without issue. The bald head for the big dude does not fit on the neck peg unless you push it all of the way down, taking away the neck and the legs on the thin agent don't seem like they were fully put on. Other than that, this set rocks and the card board background piece is going to be great for a display.

Found a reasonably priced full set of these. Been wanting them for 8 years.

the Hydra soldier is my favorite of Hasbro's early Legends figures. I have 6 of them, including 2 with the alternate head. These'll go great beside those guys.

They were $40, but with the deal (and a $5 rewards coupon) they came to $62 something.

I put 4 sets on layaway just because of money and that sale. now I have 2 months to pay for them.

Speaking of money , I really was not wanting to spend the money, So they went to the dreaded credit card, but I was afraid I would never see them again so I bought the new transformers of Overlord and Slugslinger. They are basically the last of the Titans line before the Power of the Primes line starts and final lines of TF before a change are notorious for being hard to find. Also found vintage Punisher.

2 new additions to my collection. went to Tate's halloween "tent sale" but it was underwhelming. all they had was 10 bins on the floor filled with pops (which i hate) and old spawn figs that no one wants. i did pick up the Crypt keeper at the tent sale and Frieza i got at walgrens

I went to 6 Walgreens today and not a single one of them even had a price tag for the vintage line to tell me they are even floating around.

I've always loved the Sky Striker. Looks great! GI Joe did a lot of stuff right. Actually most of the vehicles really rock.

I picked up the DC Icons Afterbirth Batman figure on Wednesday. He's a lot bigger than the older Icons figures and I think he looks fine alongside DCUC and Multiverse figures. It's a shame he didn't come with interchangeable hands or accessories.

Yesterday I got the DC Multiverse Reaper and Batwing from the robot bunny wave. I wasn't planning on buying Batwing but I thought he looked really nice in the package. He is a little underwhelming but you can get him in a decent flight pose. The Reaper is excellent. My only gripe with him is that the knee and ankle joints feel flimsy and fragile.

Then I picked up the new Walgreens Human Torch figure and Vintage Cap too. The Human Torch looks much better in person than in photos and video reviews I've seen online. I think you can explain away the yellow head because that's the only part of his body that is exposed, but if Hasbro would have just made it a little darker colored they would have avoided all the backlash from fans. I still like my Toy Biz Thing figure but I'm really looking forward to that upcoming Mr. Fantastic. Finally, I'm excited about the Vintage Throwback Cap, but I'm holding on to the receipt and keeping him on the card in case I find one with better paint.

where did you find that iron man vs mega man at in target? in the toys section or near the video games?

Picked up Darth Vader TBS 6" and Adam Warlock Marvel Legends this weekend.
