Great website. Been reading it for a while but only registered today.

I’ll have to upload some photos. I was never interested in collecting figures (although I still have my complete set of original Star Wars figures), until I picked up a Pyramid Head figure. Then I discovered NECA and things got out of hand! Got the spider and bat gremlins first, then thought I’d get one xenomorph figure. Now I have about ten from NECA’s Alien series. Most recent one was the dog alien, which is stunning. Burke on the way too.

You talking about the Figma Pyramid Head (maybe you have to be, I don't think there are any other PH figures at all)? I really like it I just wish it were in a slightly bigger scale. Honestly I'd love a dedicated Silent Hill line (not imports though, too expensive to collect in bulk) even if it was just monsters. I'd totally get the Missionary, Valtiel, Leonard, and maybe a Twin Victim.

Yeah the Figma figure. It’s great, but as you say, a bit small. Tempted to get the nurse figure, but that’s going to be even smaller. Can’t fault Figma on the detail though. It’s a fantastic piece that is very faithful to the game.

A dedicated line would be great. All of those you mentioned, plus the mannequin. I picked up an amazing plush Robbie the Rabbit figure on Amazon. It even has the Lakeside Amusement Park tag. Highly recommended if you’re a fan of the third game.

I do love SH3 but a plush Robbie doesn't interest me. I'm a little surprised to see PH on Amazon went up to $60, he was hovering at $40 when I finally pulled the trigger back in April.

Oh it’s good. I don’t buy plush stuff generally, but that one looks like it’s right off the rack from Silent Hill itself.

I’m in the UK and noticed the price jump for PH. The nurse was down to about £30 recently, but is now back to the higher prices.

I got my PH via a smaller website. Took the risk but ended up paying £15 which I guess is around $20 dollars (or $10 dollars after our idiotic Brexit vote).

As mentioned, I’ve been reading the site for a while prior to signing up, and have enjoyed your posts on the Friday the 13th figures. I love the films and I’m a bit of an obsessive. I was lucky enough to get the NECA 19” Freddy v Jason Jason figure, the Nintendo Jason, Jason 4, and Jason 6. Going to get the accessories pack but wondered if you had any other recommendations?

They're going to be re-issuing the ultimate part 3 Jason soon-ish (I've seen pre-orders up for it) and I'd definitely say that's one to keep an eye on. The only real issue with the first go on the ultimate part 3 was mismatched paint from the neck and head but if they fix that then it's a strong recommendation of mine.

To be honest the series 3 doesn’t interest me. Decent enough film, but 7 and 8 would be far more attractive.

Fair enough and you said you already have part 4 which is pretty similar design-wise so I get not needing/wanting 3 for the collection. I feel like they have to get around to 7 or 8 pretty soon in the line since the next Ultimate Jason will be part 2 and after that 7 or 8 are the most requested that I see.

NECA are just going through their list of approved sellers (which makes sense). Episode 7 would be the most interesting model, and I can’t see anyone causing issues over that film. After that there’s really nothing left apart from Freddy v Jason.
