Probably some of my biggest wants that aren't already rumored like Mysterio are Kang, High Evolutionary, Beta Ray Bill, and classic Thor. |

I also want a Beta Ray and classic Thor... |

Make a two pack of blue marvel and the whizzer ( childish snicker cause whizzer). Blue marvel MUST have helmeted and unhelmeted head. Also give us an ultimate doc ock ( like the one at the end the newest toon ) and Stunner. |

..and i ALLLLLMOST had the Thor wave...smh..but the guy i deal with..his distributor told him no (i saw the pics of the actual boxes) because the street date is Aug 2. So he can't send them out until then. Quote:
https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4313/...8f033d60_b.jpg so i picked up the 12" Legends Thor and Hulk today and .. WOW!! it feels like they are made much better than the first 5 figs. Thor is very detailed and his cloth cape is the shit!!!..even his hair is interchangeable for use of the helmet, or not.. The Hulk is just one BIG and HEAVY mofo... he is def in scale with the other figures. I just wish his angry face had the same haircut. His angry face has an older retro cut, that i'm not too fond of. I'm loving this line but wondering where I'm going to get the space to display/store them...i am 100% hooked on this line now. |

1. Where did you find Hulk? 2. Did he cost $50 or $75? I wasn't planning on buying anymore of the 12" figures after Spiderman but Hulk, Thor, Black Panther, and Daredevil look SO FREAKING GOOD! |
Wasn't even looking and found them at ThinkGeek today.
Resistance was futile.... https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4330/...e2bf6889_b.jpg when the 12" squad is starting to get deep https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4320/...782b1fa4_b.jpg |
Hulk looks a lot better than the promotional pictures

While the 12 inch figures are cool, they'll never do an entire X-Men team and villains in that scale. The same goes for Spidey's baddies.
|
I stand corrected on the Hulk being the same hgt as Spidey but it does say 12 inch line & I took it as all the figures would be 12 inches tall. So is the Hulk 14 inches tall? I wouldn't mind that Hulk being scaled down to the 6 inch line & being exactly 7.5 inches tall.
Hulk shouldn't be 8-9 ft tall. Amazing how he went from being 7ft 1000 lbs to 8-9ft tall & 1,800lbs. That artistic license nowadays is unbelievable. |

It's so odd that the 12" Thor looks so little like Marvel's Thor especially when the rest are easily recognizable.

I finally got homemade Spider-Man in and aside from the same note about wanting more hands I like it a lot. For a toy with very little paint-apps it still looks pretty nice and I really like the Scarlet Spider vibe it has with the hoodie chest and the web-shooter bracelets. Just another really solid entry for Hasbro's MCU 6" figures. The great thing though is that with the arrival of this spidey and the awesome help of fellow Arker Phantomcrow I have now completed Vulture's wings! The wings fill out my lightbox from end to end but I still wanted to get a better lit picture than just on a table with the regular light. https://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4318/3...f289ec95_b.jpg I have my Vulture using the repainted destroyer gun from the EE exclusive GotG 5 pack because it's technically a gun from the MCU and it looks really good in Vulture's hands. I really like the way these wings came out but I'm still not a fan of them being the BAF in this wave. I still think maybe a deluxe pack would've been the better route for Hasbro to take but nothing can be done about that now so best to move on. They are definitely big and menacing looking in hand compared to the other 6" figures and I like that they are articulated and not just two big flat spreads of plastic, the rotors are a fun touch too. This is also then only my second completed BAF from any line ever (not just Marvel Legends) with the first being Onslaught. I don't count getting completed versions sold otherwise like the Groot from the EE set or the evolution of Groot TRU exclusive either because then those are just deluxe releases. I honestly think the BAF gimmick should be done away with entirely in favor of just doing deluxe releases and then replace their presence in the standard 6" waves with more accessories or bases and dio pieces for our displays but then Hasbro would lose a way to force us to buy more figures so that's not likely to ever happen any time soon. Here's my only two whole BAFs together. https://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4316/3...38ee2801_b.jpg |
