songbird looks really good I think her head sculpt looks kind of like Jamie King. Gwenpool is an easy pass.

Not a bad initial lineup. Hope we see some X-Men/F4 figures tomorrow. I'd imagine we'll see the rest of Spider-Man wave tomorrow. So far those rumors for it look to be at least partially true, so here's hoping for Mysterio, Prowler and Lizard!

Ghost Rider looks amazing. He and BW will be preordered (if I'm able to preorder them).

Gwenpool is dogcrap, but that isn't surprising. She belongs in the Deadpool wave though, not the Spidey one (I guess I'd end up with her either way since I'm all in both waves, but she doesn't belong with Spidey).

Spider Punk is fine I guess.

No idea how the girl with the wings are though.

Still no X-Men though, huh?

That's probably tomorrow. They seem to be showing off parts of different waves every day. Yesterday was Deadpool, today was Spidey, and tomorrow is most likely X-Men, I'd say.

Wow, I'm extremely glad the original Songbird figure was held back, because this new one is STUNNING and has a better choice of head-sculpt plus a flippin huge vocal projection!!!:D:D:D

I hoped for a vehicle set of some sort...We are getting Black-widow and Ghost-rider with motorcycle, I'm in 100%!..12 inch Wolverine, not passing that up!..The others, only the Deadpool Wave looks promising so far to me... If they work on the paint apps on Deadpool, less shine and more detailing on the black paint apps...And, something seems off with orange color or plastic on Cable's eye...

Note: Purchased Sif today from A-Force set...Did not want to feel left out...Lol!

That Songbird is awesome! So glad we're getting her instead of short hair version from a few years back. I guess since she won the poll last year there's not really a way they can bungle out of her now.

Ghost Rider and Spider-Punk look nice but I'll probably pass. That guitar tho....

Gwenpool is further made ridiculous because of that selfie head with the tongue sticking out. Easy pass, I can't take it seriously.

Looking forward to tomorrow though. Guess the rest of the Spider-Man and Deadpool waves, some Black Panther and some Avengers infinity wave 1 (though I think that songbird is part of that?) and probably some slides of X-Men. I do not expect to see any actual finished molds of X-Men figures, just slides of prototype molds (maybe) and slide of the characters, which I'm good with. I don't expect the X-wave until next summer or fall.

I expect we'll also be seeing Thing or Mr. Fantastic too

I don't think we'll be seeing any X-Men at all for this SDCC. Most of the "leaked" lists that have been appearing online for a few months in various places are starting to show some truth to them, with some of them being downright on the button (such as the Black Widow/Ghost Rider bikes and the "Vintage" Legends,) so I feel that we'll be seeing more of those lines.

More of the Deadpool wave, maybe a peak at the Black Panther wave, Another figure or two from the Avengers wave (from which Songbird was originally featured,) the Super Skrull Walgreens figure, and probably close out the show with the Stan Lee in Captain America gear reveal (since he has finally wrapped up all of his MCU film appearances.)

Slide wise, I'm thinking we'll be seeing some more future Spider-Waves (such as the rumored Prowler/Lasher Symbiote wave) as well the new Cosmic Wave that leaked recently which featured Ronan, Vision, Moonstone, Thanos, and Quasar.

Really hoping they go all out for Super Skrull, and give him a whole box full of interchangeable limbs and effects.

Songbird is the highlight of the new reveals for me, very pretty. I didn't notice it was a re-used headsculpt until it was pointed out so that doesn't bother me.
I like Gwenpool too, also I don't remember seeing a female figure with two sets of alternate hands before so well done there.
Ghost Rider looks nice but I'm not a fan of the character, he just feels like the self insert OC of a 13 year old boy with no impulse control.
Spider-punk is interesting.

12" Wolverine looks great, though I hope we see a 12" Captain Marvel or Black Widow at the panel tomorrow.

I'm totally down for either 12" Captain Marvel or Black Widow. Insta-purchase.

Picked up the 12" Thor tonight at TRU. The store computer said the figure wasn't supposed to be sold until Aug. 1 so hopefully Thor and Hulk will be plentiful in a week or two.

Can't say that I'm excited for 6" reveals so far this year. Black Widow, Deadpool, and 12" Wolverine are my only wants so far with Wolverine the most anticipated of the three. But everything else is a pass. Really hoping for some good news tomorrow like The Thing and the Incredible Hulk.

Songbird is looking pretty awesome. On Ghost Rider I prefer the paint scheme on the body of the Rhino wave figure but the head of this new one is better to me. The bike I'm very iffy on, if that front face shield thing can be removed then I'll like it but if it can't then I'm not a fan of the bike. Gwenpool and Punk are good news to me in a way because it's two figures that I can pass on with ludicrous ease to save my money and space for other stuff. Hopefully Mysterio drops tomorrow because he's the big Legend I was hoping to see this year because of all the rumors listing him.

The new bike looks to be a retooled version of the original Toybiz bike, so I have a feeling it probably will be.

That would be nice. In either case this set's not for me because I got the Rhino wave GR and gave him a Maisto bike that's satisfactory. This is definitely cool for anyone who passed or missed the previous release but I really prefer the darker jacket colors of the previous.

Edit: also while I was at TRU today I saw the Homecoming Iron Man two pack and I noticed that on all of them Spider-Man's masked right eye is sculpted to be squinting while his left is sculpted open but because they're both painted as if they were open it makes all the right eyes look like they have a chip. I don't know if I'm the first to comment on this but it was news to me today in store and frankly it's very odd.

Nah, Storm has to be her first appearance version. We've already had a toy of her Jim Lee costume. It's time for the best Storm design to get a toy.
