Was to only buy the Han Solo for $20 but local seller was selling off a lot of Vintage Kenner and I could not pass on the other items so spent a bit more.

No buyers regret at all :)

I totally would be up for that as well! As much fun as those Accoutrements figures are, they are too plastic and cheap looking (and too small for my usual 7" scale)
I don't know if you know the Table Museum line from Figma? I have their Thinker, David, Venus and the angels. There are also others in this line. Not exactly historic figures, but still great fun to pose.

Yes, I love the little chain the easel has! You can fold up the Accoutrements one as well, but it has no chain. And their paintings are only printed cardboards. This one has a real picture frame at the back, even though the painting is unfinished. I guess it would be easy to print some more.
The one thing I regret that you cannot close the lid of the paint box. And you can't take off his brush and color palette, they are glued.

I don't suppose the words "Don't panic" are printed on the back cover? :D

No, nothing on the back, but again, it should be easy to customize a small version for your needs? There are dollhouse tutorials on youtube, and lots for small books.

Albino Bowler (?), Alexander the Great, Anne Bonny, Annie Oakley, Barista, Big Foot, Big-Lo Superfan (??), Blackbeard the Pirate, Carl Jung, Crazy Cat Lady (one day I am going to get her), Fuzz the Hipster (???), Houdini, J.P. Patches, Jane Austen, Bach, male nurse, Marie Antoinette (with ejecting head!), Obsessive Compulsive (????), Oscar Wilde, Pope Innocent III, Remote Control Zombie (?????), Seth Godin Marketing Guru (??????), Sigmund Freud, Superfan (?????????), Super-Mom (I actually like her!) - AND:

The Waitress. Which I got for no particular reason a few weeks ago, and in last week's Gotham episode Alfred fell in love with a waitress. And I knew why I had bought her.

She wears sensible shoes, and has a magnet in her hand to hold the tablet. There are two different plates, one with hamburgers and fries, and one with breakfast - eggs, sausage, toast, and are those pancakes?

She's tiny, 12,5 cm - a little less than 5", smaller than the Doctor Who figures I have.

Also, in one of my earlier posts I totally forgot to show off the lovely backside of the lunch lady ;)

But I want to recommend the Fine Arts van Gogh to you. He is bigger, much more detailed and overall looks much better than the cheap plastic one. and I love the paints that he comes with. Here are some pictures. Sadly he was the first of a line that did not continue. It was meant to be sold in museums.

My bad, that's the one I meant. I thought they were the same line. Sad to hear he was the only one in the series.

Nice find on that Captain Rex !
The wave with Rex never showed up in my area until recently, and I've only seen him in oddball clearance stores, like Ollie's and Fred's.
I finally snagged one a couple months ago, just a few days before Christmas.

Thanks!

That Rex was around a fair bit here in AUS and then recently the TFA stuff still around a little in smaller toy stores.

offtopic but..

I know a lotta folks here are into Star Wars.

in case anyone was every waiting to snag the Black Series Luke and Landspeeder.
its on Amazon for 19.99 which is an amazing deal.
I wish i had waited and found it for that price. however if i had decided to wait..it'd probably be 90.00 now and sold out everywhere for no reason...

anyway..

wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phantomcrow 03-08-2018 12:55 PM

Finished out the Infinity wave this week and picked up a few clearance Knights for custom fodder. Also grabbed a Pop and a new Halo mega construx.
https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4773/...fc220bf5_k.jpgUntitled by Phantomcrow, on Flickr

In addition to getting the steelbook of Thor and The Martian from Best Buy, I found something I had all but given up on at Wal mart.... The HALO wave 2 figures!!! I grabbed the Arbiter, but may go back for the others today. I had seen that they were part of the new toy mod at most wal marts, but had all but given up hope these were still coming.
