Nope. Lasher, a green symbiote. New figure on display at SDCC. Pics showing up from SDCC attendees.

Um, well...

Peter Parker (Earth-8101 | Marvel Database | FANDOM powered by Wikia)

BUT, he's pretty minor and was nothing but canon fodder for the Spider-Verse event, so maybe it won't happen before we get more characters you actually want.

I'm hoping that he's actually dark green, because the pics I am seeing make him look black with green spots...which is COMPLETELY wrong.

A little annoyed they couldn't get the eyes right either...They are more of a jagged shape and not smoothly edged like Scarlett Spider...

EDIT: it is dark green...thank goodness.

One down...four to go!

Potential release date tie-in with the Planet of the Apes flic???

Tomax 07-22-2017 02:27 PM

Yeah, I think I saw the pic you saw, but there's another in better light. He's a dark hunter green, with a lighter coloration of green on the torso and head.

EDIT: Also for those of who this applies, DorkSideToys has just got there second shipment of the Marvel Knights wave for those who pre-ordered late. Hopefully my Jessica Jones will ship sooooooooon.

I don't see pictures of anything you are referring to and I've looked at multiple sites.

Ghost Rider...I like the bike quite a bit, but I love the original Spidey wave Ghost Rider and don't really need another one. Maybe I'll buy it just for the bike.

I forgot to mention this, but the Ghost Rider with the bike also looks closer to the original 70s character. He has a brighter blue color along with the light blue stripes down the sides of his arms and legs.

Yup...just saw it. Thank heavens!

Still gonna have to fix those eyes though. I'm hoping for an extra set of bladed finger hands as well...

Scream now! Gimme! It only makes sense since they tend to make these waves with running changes. Scream would be the perfect counterpart.

Definitely, hopefully in his classic giant-size duds. He needs them shoulder flares dammit!

hasbroherofan 07-22-2017 02:46 PM

*Sees latest rant about modern characters getting figures instead of classics*

Well at least we're complaining about something else other than heights this time!:p

Wow. Way back in the late 90's I think I had a loose, partially busted figure of him ToyBiz did. Got it cheap at a garage sale.

TheBlueMarvel 07-22-2017 02:49 PM

Gwenpool's not tall enough, that's why I have no interest in the fig. She 5'8". The fig looks 5'5"ish at best...fail.

Tomax 07-22-2017 02:50 PM

ill pass on the green symbonite spidy, just saw it now, next.

That's not really surprising. Songbird's been in a lot of books like Thunderbolts and was even an Avenger recently, and has even gotten a few video game and TV appearances as well.

Terror Inc., on the other hand, I remember having to google to even figure out who was being discussed for the poll.

You're tired already? Get ready for nearly all of the Symbiotes in the next few years...

It was obvious that Hasbro had a major desire to do the symbiotes based on last years poll. when none of them made it even into the final four, I think they just decided the hell with it, WE want them made...

Was there any kind of doubt that Songbird was going to beat Terror Inc at all? I predicted from Poll 1 that Songbird would take the entire poll and she did, though I did have some small doubt when Typhoid Mary was a contender too. No surprise she came in second.

Just as long as they turn out better than Toxin...

VashTS 07-22-2017 03:10 PM

Lasher should have been on the Spider UK body. Lasher is typically drawn a bit beefier.

Captain Nash 07-22-2017 03:13 PM

You know, of all the Spider-Man variants I can't believe they haven't done a Spider-Man India yet. and I would actually want to buy that one!

Harbinger 07-22-2017 03:17 PM

We need a mercs series....
SOLO
SILVER SABLE
G.W. BRIDGE
KAIN
COPYCAT
TYLER
BAF SIX PACK GRIZZLY! ( and hell include a six pack just for gits n shiggles )

hasbroherofan 07-22-2017 03:24 PM

So Neo-Classical Armor Iron Man will be in the vintage series as well.

http://news.toyark.com/wp-content/up...el-Sat-002.jpg

I'll be honest, I would've preferred Modular Armor Iron Man.

I said exactly as much a year ago (or whenever the poll was) in a comment regarding how useless they were in a fan-poll given that it was obvious that we are going to get them all. While the "ALL" point is a moot one, I still expect "most." ;)

Bottom line, they should not occupy space in polls...we're gonna get them anyway.

I didn't hate Toxin, but I'm not a Venom nor Symbiote guy...

Im with ya there. Plus this damn armor is short and undersized. At least a modular mighta been a new proper sized mold. And where the hell is the new silver centurion armor damnit!

Captain Nash 07-22-2017 03:58 PM

1 hour to gooooooooooo!!!!!!

Also just got noticed of my Dorkside order of the Netflix wave shipping. Very cool they got their second wave of stock in so quickly! Can't wait to have my Man-Thing in hand...err...um....o_O You know, sometimes I'm not so sure that was such a good name for a character.

As long as it's just Scream, Agony, Phage, and Riot, and not all of those other silly ones that have come out over the years. Could do without all of the Venom (insert character here) variants as well.
