I just found Hela yesterday at Walgreens and now I plan to hit every Walgreens in my city over the weekend. I also found Netflix Punisher and Blade at Walgreens as well.

I am sure I missed the conversation at some point but, holy hell the new way they are painting faces is beyond amazing. I got Punisher first and was so amazed by the face that I went out to 3 more Walgreens late last night and struck out at everyone until I found Hela and Blade at my last stop of the night.

I actually didn't pick up Hela at first because I was mistaking the blue package as Sue, but I was like why is there a hammer on that Sue and then I just said whoa like 20 times. I bet the employees thought Joey Lawrence was in the toy aisle.

Yeah it's pretty wild. The improvement over such a short period of time has been rather impressive to see.

I agree. There's no real difference between The Invisible Woman and The Enchantress, for example. The comic figures should definitely be treated a little better than that.

With a new body as well. I like the ones they've released so far, but he should be a tad taller and beefier.

That's because you are doing it wrong. You need to bring the DCPI with you, go to one of the red price scanners and type in the DCPI. If it says they have it in the stock room, then go up to an employee and say, "Hey, I'm looking for a figure your scanner says is in the back. I have the DCPI for you."

They will either then go get a telxon if they don't already have one, or find one/someone who does.

If they refuse to help you after that, then go and press the help button by the scanner (or it might be a phone).

I had no idea that Enchantress and Invisible Woman used the same face. I care more about the paint deco than what head they used.

So Super-Skrull looks like it's happening, though all they have is the old screencap. I wonder if it'll be a reuse of the Skrull from the old Legends two-pack.

In case anyone is curious, I ran into an entire case of the Starlord/Ego two pack at TRU yesterday, so it doesn't appear to just be an EE exclusive. In person, Ego looks fantastic, and might be up there with Mantis and Nebula as one of the best looking MCU figures out there.

Can't wait to see how many of these get box swapped and returned, thanks to the hurricane of Starlords we've received in the last 2 or 3 months.

I'm not sure how those two things are connected? They would be making new heads for the MCU figures regardless, this new technique just lets them make them look like the actors. They can't do that for the comics characters because there is no actor to scan. No more or fewer heads are being sculpted so one doesn't impact the other.

Do you have the numbers so I can look them up on Brickseek? I have quite a few Targets around here so I may have to go hunting. Thanks!

Just nabbed Ares and Hela together for about 60 shipped on Ebay. Without BAF, but thankfully those were the only two I was actually interested in.

Shame I won't be home for a while to enjoy them though, thanks to work. At least my Netflix wave and these will be waiting for me when I get back.

Managed to pick up a full case of ragnarok legends from target today.

It took three targets before I found the right store with employees that didn't care about street dates, but I was finally able to get them.

One more wave off the checklist.
