Mattel will be able to make all of those. I mean, they make female figures all the time, like Barbie and WWE female wrestlers. McFarlane is not gonna make all of that with how little time he has with the license.

I don't know, I'm girly-fig obsessed living on the 5th floor...but I think both Snyder and Gunn have missed in different ways... it's a bummer that we DC fans can't get a break. Now I'm not one to say that Feige did a perfect job, but certainly in the early MCU he had a good control over realism and theatricality and managed to make a pretty solid set of films in the Infinity Saga.

Secured my Blackfire and Cheetah from McF Asia today. I hope he still has a few more female characters in the pipeline before he loses the license. Black Canary for sure, but I would also like to see maybe comic Mera, Star Saphire, Dawn, Ice (think she was rumored at one point), and personally, I wish he had done more of the Future State crew than just the bats--Andy Curry and Yara Flor WW.

I guess at this point it's just repaints of that giant ass Batgirl

I hope to get at the very least a Hush Catwoman, Harley, and Ivy, maybe even a Black Canary. Yesterday, I was talking to a local toy store owner who gets these toy listings a year in advance (this is how they leak) about this very subject. He pointed out how McFarlane Toys has placed more emphasis on the Digital Lines and Page Punchers lines being DC Direct lines, just look at the promo images for the latest wave. McFarlane Toys bought DC Direct as it was going under. This is something I've brought up previously in the thread, which is that given McFarlane Toys's ownership of DC Direct, there's a possibility that McFarlane and Mattel have a similar deal arranged with DC & WB, like the one Marvel had with Diamond Select and Hasbro. Which was that Hasbro would do 6" Marvel Legends figures and Diamond Select would do the 7" Marvel Select figures. He and I believe something similar can happen with Mattel and McFarlane, where Mattel does 6" DC Multiverse figures and McFarlane does 7" DC Direct figures. Unless Mattel buys DC Direct from McFarlane, I see no reason why that couldn't happen.

I saw Max Shreck in Target yesterday. Haven't seen the rest.

TNI is reporting that McFarlane will produce DC figures until the end of 2026. It doesn't sound like this comes from an official source. But they're reporting that Mattel will start with the kid oriented stuff in mid-2026, and the adult oriented figures will come out at the beginning of 2027.
