I am trying to preorder wave 18 from BBTS but I want to buy some of the clearance stuff too. Problem is that it's charging me for shipping twice. Anyone know if there is a way to make them hold the other stuff and ship it all once the preorder comes in?

Boba Fettuccini 07-20-2012 09:42 PM

Pile of loot. You'll still have to pay more shipping, but only a small fee based on the weight of what you added rather than the $9.99 or whatever it is.

Yeah, I tried turning that on but at checkout there is no confirmation of them shipping together or a lower price. Does it just do it after I place the order? They need a better system.

So is that a yes? I know it's to early to say, but does anyone know what the history of the background art and later releases are?

SoundWave88 07-20-2012 11:03 PM

Don't think I'm gonna make it tomorrow, much as I would love to. Spent a lot on exclusives and such the past week.

Go to your account and make sure your POL is 'ON'. As long as it says it's on, you can keep ordering whatever and they won't send it until you hit the "Ship my loot now" button. Best online service out there imo.

Lizard or Brood? I'm just hoping for a brood figure. Wishful thinking.

Comparison pictures with Dark Spider-man since this figure gets associated with him often. He's actually still smaller than Dark Spider-man. Not the same mold.

First off that Spidey looks freaking sweet! Thanks for the compression shot. He's not as big as I thought he would be. If it's no trouble, at some point could you do one with the new Daredevil or Commander Rogers? Please!!!

And Brood could happen. Not saying it will but they have the mold of the BAF and considering the the FFF re-release that's been delayed but as far as I know still in the works, we just might get lucky. Hopefully they'll release that one with a mini brood as-well.:Spidey

For Foo, look at McFarlane's Dragons figures- and the Heroclix-style D&D dragons. You'll probably find something that looks better than the BAF parts.

For the Sentinel, check our less popular BAF figs for compatibility- stuff like the STRIPE armor or Onslaught. Mayb even see if you can score a broken Unicron off ebay for his arms...or a couple of Matrix squid! You could have the squid's bodies as tenticles sprouting rom the shoulders.

Or go the other direction and get a bunch of metal gutiar strings, wire and such and make it look like his arm got torn off...

Working the register, no doubt.

It's pretty cringeworthy for us guys- chafing!

Thanks jay,ill look into it.there is a comic shop nearby that gets a lot of second hand figures,i was thinking maybe a cybernetic type limb if all else fails.MechaFoom<<< i like the sound of that :)

Yeah buddy i think i know who you are talking about and funny enough that guy is missing the exact same piece as me makes me wonder about how many people got dupped with a variant,i also got a limbless Sentinel lying around, but im kinda content with just the 3 sentinels, its my little tribute to "Days of future past".

Marvel Select Brood is a good size for 3.75" figures.

No apologies needed. This tragedy deserves all our attention and I thank you for your post.

Be safe fellow arkers and let this tragedy remind us all of what's truly important.

Amen to that,brother.

On the fence about those two packs, I like the Black spidey a lot but I'm digging the single carded rhino more and the rest we've seen before in some form or another. That said, I might still pick them up if I see them today.

1andonly5711 07-21-2012 03:33 AM

just thought my family from toy ark would like to know the carrier is back on hasbro for 129.99 for those who have not got it

The Future Foundation is complete...somewhat.

They look awesome all together. I'm definitely getting that CP now.

nothing to this image as far as clues that I know of but it is from spiral notebook they put out a while back. I bought one from Walmart for $1 and a shiny 90's comic cover style one exactly like it for 1.50 from Target. cool stuff

I just bought a Batman notebook like that. I have no idea what I'm going to write in it, but at least the art is cool.

It is used for my figures wishlist. as well as making versus charts on how I want to pose my figures and such. I know I'm a big geek :D

haha.. I hardly write anything anymore, but I was trying to justify a reason to buy one these badass Marvel or DC notebooks that I keep seeing, so I'll probably make a list of my figures in it or something (even though I use Excel already for that).
