My Walmart finally got the Infinity War wave 2 and seeing Thor in person I picked him up on impulse because I think he just looks cool and I'm a big fan of axes.

When did you preorder? When I went in to preorder mid to late July, they told me I couldn't preorder yet because it doesn't release until October.

Really? I preordered it late July and the worker had no problems with it.

Once it is in their system (most of the time) you can pre order the day it gets in the system. Some toys are weird and wont let you, but the exclusive Pennywise I ordered a month ago and it already came. The 90's Pennywise is due soon also.

Hmmm, I swear a couple of the employees don't know their heads from their asses, meh I'll check today.

Just this morning I cancelled my preorder on Amazon for Pennywise, then I went into a local Gamestop and they had the exclusive bloody version so I nabbed it! It's a decent figure, but for 35ish bucks I have some complaints:

One less head than the regular version (which is 28ish at retail

The balloon string doesn't fit in the hole in his hand at all and I don't wanna ruin the rubber coating on the wire forcing it

One less set of hands too

I'm just glad to have a Pennywise, but if this was more in line with regular retail prices I'd be happy (I understand that tooling a new arm accessory probably drove costs up a little)

I'm sure if I had a tally of how much money I've spent on Legends alone this year... i'd smack muhself in dee face...

Yeah went in there today because I preordered the other two, they had 3-4 of the exclusives, didn't have the bread to get it, but I did get my 2017 version that I preordered.

Lol yup, I find it odd that it seems all the other gamestop's have the 1990 pennywise and not the 2017 version, yet this gamestop has had the 2017 pennywise since July 31st (according to the employee) , but they don't have the 1990 pennywise yet.

Damn I'm jealous! I just wanted a Pennywise, didn't even care if it was the bloody version (actually trying to find someone to trade with, I don't really want the Georgie arm or bloody smiling head, I just want a normal smiling head, so if anyone out there wants to trade parts, hit me up!)

Finally found the two of the new Legends waves at Target. Picked up Typhoid Mary & Storm from one of the new Legends end caps that I've heard so much about. After scoring the two ladies, I tried my luck and stumbled upon another Typhoid Mary at a LCS not too far from the Target. Glad to finally have these figures in hand.

Yeah this wave was apparently supposed to be out back in June, that's when they first became available from online retailers. I don't know who's to blame for the delay but late is still better than never if this wave is finally going to actually show up everywhere.

No prob! I'll learn to live with the bloody version :D
