If that TB Angel head were the type like they do now, removable and on a peg I would have already at least made the attempt. Not sure what body but there's several I could choose from. Is it bad that I hope they make an X-Men Angel just for the fact I could customize a Justice out of it?

Nah not bad at all, I was going to modify the TB Angel head, but instead I found an Aquaman head to modify, I just need to pick up a couple new bits for my dremel. If the New Warriors show is a success I could see getting an official release for Justice sooner rather than later

I LITERALLY pass a Walmart every day...and when i say pass, i mean i could actually extend and arm and touch it. (and it's not a 24 hour version).
They NEVERRRRRR have new shit....
well that's a lie... i found the Spider-man vulture 2-pack there.
But their figure selections suuuuuucks.
only thing worse than their Legends selection is there Star Wars black series 6" collection...
sweet lord ..how many constable Zuvios were made?!?!?!

then again...this is Walmart where i was talking to the dingleberry that always hides figs (and he sells them) and told me how he FOUND figs that ANOTHER dude hides there as well so...it's possible it's always either 1. immediately picked clean.. or 2. has shit hidden all over

I only had time to haphazardly throw something together last night. I'll post more over the weekend...

Augustus_Cole 08-05-2017 04:50 AM

she's not terrible..it looks like an okay figure..BUT ..if feels like it could have been better.
BUT, acceptable if it's just reused parts. Something is better than nothing..i guess.
i wonder how much Jenny can squat....

TheBlueMarvel 08-05-2017 05:01 AM

lol yeah she's got some nice legs, for a chunk of plastic...;)

By no means is she a world beater, but she'll do in a pinch. I have all of the Legends She-Hulks and they are all a mixed bag. FF has a decent head but the expression is tepid. The Avengers Shulk has a goofy smile and although it's the same body as the FF fig, the appendages give the appearance of being more spindly. Not to mention both are pose-challenged. The 1st appearance Savage She Hulk would be my favorite if not for the height error using the Shanna mold created....

Great, thanks for confirming that!

Try small out of the way towns. That's where I've had the best luck. The ones within 10-15 miles are wiped clean, and I guess they have no motivation to order new stock. I'm sure Legends are a high shrink item for them.

warmachine6 08-05-2017 05:58 AM

thanks , blue marvel , i think for its the jaw line seems a bit square, i think its done to my preference of liking female with that nice curve for their jaw lines , if you look at the other figures in the pack they seem more smoother and similar with that curve i suppose i could get the set, and if they give us another she-hulk then i might get her instead

Here is my Marvel display, nothing else I want for it that has been announced.

Have a handful of comic Legends but in the process of moving so they are in a box.

Love it! Even included herbie. Also they shoulda just sligtly upscaled that human torch and given him more modern legs as its easily a much better headsculpt than the up coming one. Wish i coulda nabbed it but that fig was hard to find.

Dr Kain 08-05-2017 08:26 AM

That She Hulk would be awesome if she didn't have those awful rotating hips.

No sweat, man. Her jaw is definitely thicker/wider. Whether that was a purposeful design to make her look more like a body builder, or unintentional, I'm not sure. Either way, I like her. She has a wider range of poses (although those funky Y-joint hips - thanks for teaching me about that, Squeezeplay - are not to my liking). Her face is better than that RedShulk trainwreck. She's buffed like a 'Hulk' should be; the Avengers and FF Shulks were athletic, but were not heavily muscled enough. She's appropriately statuesque. Hasbro achieved all of these things while maintaining a high degree of femininity; another trait of She-Hulk.

Since DarkToyLord was asking, here's a pic of Trypticon and some other figures.

Asides from Invisible Woman, the rest of those TB FF figures are just plain awful, especially that Hulk sized Thing.

I really hope the new one Hasbro is working on is not Hulk sized.

Nice pic, Arker!..Especially the MS Thing...Saw the picture before he came out, was on the fence about him...But, when I saw him at my LCBS, and through the plastic clamshell, I could see the detail was nice, so I got him...But out the package, MS did not disappoint, the detailing is even more impressive, in hand, and while limited articulation, the articulation is streamlined awesomely with the detailing, and I don't tend to mind when there is less articulation on bigger figures, if it is done to right, and in MS Thing's case, I felt like it was done right...

Note: Does each figure in the new and recent waves have a separate SKU for each individual figure? I just thought that each figure had the same SKU or number that was part of a wave?...Thanks, Arkers!..Waiting for that Thor wave to drop in my area!

i LIKE that Thing figure.....it's sized properly for Marvel Select figs...PLUS ..i like the look of it with the Legends figs.
Benny is cool and he's been drawn that way here or there.

agreed...i went on a MS spree around then to get all of the "bigger figs". They look great and some are heavy as fugg.
