Yes, that FF Classics Thing is awesome, detailed so beautifully. Him and the MS Thing are my favorite action figures of him, can decided between the two, but IMO, those two are better than any past release of him!...The one showing in the pic, he sits on my desk, got him opened on eBay for a pretty penny, but well worth it...

Nice, always looks that Mr. Fantastic...Great pic, Archer...Can't wait to see what the new Mr. Fantastic will look like!

Note: Hasbro, please make a great BAF of the 'Thing' and don't go cheap, he deserves a well made representation in ML form...

AFU 08-06-2017 08:11 AM

Note: EBay have Blade for $28 MOC, I snagged him (My thinking, pay now or pay much much more later!)... I see from recent post, Blade is already becoming a problem to find, and in my area, scalpers are everywhere...Also, If anyone was looking for MS Groot to add to their ML collection, don't use Evil-Bay, Disney store has him in stock for much much cheaper...

Harbinger 08-06-2017 09:08 AM

Decided to make my own Elsa Bloodstone since the likelyhood of gettering either her or the aforce set is highly unlikely. The skin is a bit different thanks to the lighting, its no where near as bad in person ;) ( gotta love lighting making things different haha.)

And shot of Elsa with fixed face Deadpool and Catpool.

Yeah he's great. I'm curious to see what the Hasbro version will look like. I wonder if he will be another Walgreens exclusive or as a BAF like was rumored a while back.

The Hasbro Marvel Legends Nemesis wave. If you meant what story....the Welcome Back Frank story arc by Ennis and Dillon?...or somewhere around there, I'm not totally sure. Some Punisher expert will hopefully correct me if I'm wrong...

What are your thoughts on the figure? Compared to maybe the Newer Walgreens Punisher.
That is the first time I have seen it but I am definitely going to have to pick that up!

Harbinger 08-06-2017 10:57 AM

In comparison to the Walgreens' release, specifically as it regards articulation, it falls short. As Triv pointed out, it has the same legs and pelvis as MCU Nick Fury/ Ultimate Nick Fury. Funky y-joint ball hips and no shin swivel prevent Frank from hitting a number of squatting poses. Additionally, there's no ankle pivot, but there are rockers with the expected amount of play up/down/side to side rotation. The fig also lacks bicep swivels, but has 90 degree/swiveling elbows that compensate for that; many of the Marvel Legends from that period experimented with that design. The wrists are also swivel, not jointed. There's no ab crunch, but a ball-socket torso with a great deal of play in conjunction with a swivel waist, provide many options. In all, weaker in the articulation department, but there are still interesting poses to be had.

As far as a sculpt comparison, that's where the fig shines. Preferences are different now, but I think it compares favorably to this latest Punisher. All kinds of details in the face, shirt, pants, buckles, boots, and weapons really make the fig stand out. That's why I actually bought the fig....or kept it, really. My real reason for buying it was to complete Nemesis, but I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the addition to my collection. I'm an articulation guy, at my core, but a slick sculpt will get me to buy also. I hope this is helpful, man.

whats the height?

Bearjew 08-06-2017 12:55 PM

It is a huge help. I love sculpt and design also but will sacrifice it for articulation in some cases.
I did look at the figure online and it is priced a little higher than I would like to pay, at least on Amazon. EBay may yield better results.

Dr Kain 08-06-2017 01:26 PM

I got my replacement Jessica Jones just a little while ago. The Jessica itself looks like she got punched in the right eye and the hair is hardly even glued on. One little tug is all it will take for her to go Nebula on me. Thank the gods I will be sending that one back to Amazon. On the important piece, the ab crunch on Man-Thing is fine. YAY!!

I do not have one. However, if you do get an MCU Wanda and are interested in selling off the Abomination head, hit me up.

I know many complain about eBay and consider it a haven for scalpers, but my best deals are found on the website. Patience wins the day in most situations if you can afford the luxury of waiting. I'm confident you'll find a seller with that Punisher priced to move. Good luck.

Just a 1:12 shovel I bought on eBay for cheap, it came in a little baggie. Easy enough to find. It felt like an essential accessory!

I really hope everyone gets a chance to own the figures in this set, they're spectabulous. We've come a long way since Hasbro told us that lady figures don't sell years ago at Botcon.

I'm sure that was the expression Hasbro was going for when they made the Old Man Logan figure.

Tomax 08-06-2017 04:25 PM

Not really a fan of the all-white hair logan
