Oh, a question I can actually answer! The brown desk and chair come with the Diamond Select Toys Mulder and Scully. You need to get both figures to get both.

The same desk in grey/silver can also be got by buying Diamond Select Toys Edward Nygma from Gotham.

As for a desk chair, I highly want to recommend this one! It even swivels and bends backwards! I love it.
