Picked up Ultimates Cap and HA Cap yesterday at K-Mart, found ones with solid paint apps,and I do enjoy these figs a lot. Need me some US Agent already.

Looks like Wally's is the only retail spotting of any Wave 2s so far?

I just went back to the TRU that I got a couple of W1 figs on Monday.. they re-upped, but still just w1. They did have Cap's ATV though. It comes with a motorcycle and what looks to be w2's movie Cap.

I found Wave 2 at Books-a-million on Saturday.

My TRU only has wave 1 out. My friend talked to the Manager and he said they do have Wave 2, but are holding out because of Scalpers being a HUGE problem. Wave 1 is already gone due to Scalpers. I can only hope my local Wal-Mart gets them really soon, took them an extra month to get Thor figures...and they over loaded on them like IM2. I hate toy hell :P

So they sold out of Wave 1, but they're not going to put out Wave 2 because of fear of scalpers?

That makes no sense. I mean I don't care much for scalpers either, but from a business perspective, money is money, why care who buys it?

What I was thinking, he probably has a plan to make the scalpers try some where else down the road and give kids a chance to even get a figure. What would help I think his stocking them during the day. A lot of people have work and stuff. But again, I don't know for sure, I'm just tired of going to empty pegs.

I agree. I was actually just at Wal-mart talking to the little old lady stocking toys. She said for a lot of the toys they get, they just show up, they don't really have any control over the stock. I don't know if shes BSing me or what, but not having control over your stock is the dumbest thing I heard, and its really sad if its true.

I get home today and there is a pretty big box sitting outside, turns out it is my KMart order!!!!!

I open the box and there is no packing material, only a plastic bag full of cap figures.
That's the first bad sign. Here is the second and what I was expecting (but hoping not to happen) problem.

Not one figure was correct, haha, oh well it was worth a shot. Headed to Kmart for a return tomorrow.

Honestly, I cannot help but laugh at that Kmart order. However that Ultimate Cap looks extremely modern, what cap would look like today, that is so awsome. Hope we seeing something like that in the Avengers movie

Anyone notice the Gauntlet in the Thor movie? I recall seeing the prop they displayed at SDCC with the Thor stuff but did not see it in the trophy room.

Thanks but my expectations of places like kmart and Walmart are nill when it comes to anything. I did pickup the kmart 3 pack today though and forgot to snap a picture of that.
Out of all of those cap figures in my picture, my favorite is the marvel universe ultimates cap. Im debating on returning the parachute cap and kinda regret getting the invaders cap but wanted him to try and complete the set although I still need the invaders red skull.

WOW, Kmart needs to work on their online orders and packing department.
