yeah if the market was there for it,sure thats a great idea.but HASBRO already tried to release vehicles across several MU related lines and suffered financial losses at retail as a result.

Nice customs everyone. Thanks for the HYDRA love guys. I chose olive green, and bright yellow. Since I hand paint(looks totally better) 1st black base coat then add the primary color. Love the way they came out.All logos on my figures are printouts from my computer. Cut them out then apply wih modge podge. They are not deacals, but they work for me and cheap. I diddnt choose the NAZI party STRUCKER and company did. I tried using the airbrush technic diddnt work for me. Vehicles. ENTERS::::::The WRAITH;;The RED SKULLS personal Battle Wagon. Lenard makes these and about 2 years ago I picked up about 5 or so. Perfect scale for MU. It is not a question of how much they were receiving, but of how much attention they were paying to it. Remember, we are talking about Dwight the slight here, and as stupid as he can be, even he can't be so stupid as to waste company resources on vehicles and playsets for his pet 6" scale that would be so expensive that nobody could ever afford them, making him a detriment to the company and getting himself fired so that he cannot keep putting down our beloved 4" scale for which vehicles and playsets work so well, a concept light years beyond his limited comprehension.

Or more simply put: Those (Dwight) who do not learn from the lessons of history (Kenner) are doomed to repeat them (Playmates).

Jackieboy, I'm talking about comic-accurate vehicles. MU was a lines with collector-oriented figures but where were the vehicles? The Stark Tank/Limo from IM2? The Spidey car that split into 3 sections? If they lost on those, then good.

personally i dont hold Dwight stall responsible for the decline in our line.also would dwight even get to make the call on scrapping the line because he is head designer with legends not MU,wouldnt that decision be made by someone like jesse falcon?
2018 sees vehicles being introduced to the 6" community for the first time in years,lets see how far they are willing too push it there.and i cant see pricing being to much of an ish for most of the legends community.

oh i know exactly what you are talking about,mate. we got comic accurate figures with nonsense like the Cap tank!!!!but a vehicle like that and the ones we mentioned are a wet dream for a creative customiser!
they could have easily used the GI Joe retailation vehicles into our line for aim,hydra,shield,etc but i dare say that they would also gather dust on shelves the way the retaliation line did.....pricing being a major factor here,if they gave us realistic prices then id be inclined to spend a ton of money on the line.

I'm guessing these are the same size as the GOTG 2 figures in which case the heads are too small for 3.75" sadly!

Since I had to do some cleaning today, I took some pix of the recent customs I've done. I'll space them out since I don't want to clog up the board with too many pictures.

First up is TV Movie Captain America, made with an MU Cap, a helmet and goggles from Marauders, some wings clipped off a spare Namor's ankles, and a clear shield from Vort.

The second is Crossbones. He's sort of halfway between the comic and movie versions. I made him from spare parts left over from other customs. His body is a GI Joe Outback, forearms from GI Joe Leatherneck, a Snake Eyes sword, and the head, mask, guns and extra pouches are Marauders.

Man that crossbones is badass!

Personally, I have a bit of a conspiracy theory that whilst Dwight didn't make the call there, he did set up events based off of something he knew would get them to kill it.

Compare this to the 6 inch stuff's downfall a while back.

Reduced articulation and bad figures(though Legends didn't lose as many points).

people who stopped buying due to these changes(pretty sure some people dropped off of Legends after Toy Biz)
