Compare this to the 6 inch stuff's downfall a while back.

Reduced articulation and bad figures(though Legends didn't lose as many points).

people who stopped buying due to these changes(pretty sure some people dropped off of Legends after Toy Biz)

A seemingly better line to focus on

Reduction to two packs.

Only difference is that it went way faster in MU's case.

i think legends was always Hasbros primary focus and that during that Hiatus period Dave vonner should be applauded for what he did for the 3.75 collectors universe!but when dave left Hasbro it seems like no one took over with the same level of enthusiasm that he had for MU.
And dwight is pretty much doing for his line, what dave did for us.dwight seems like a decent enough guy,but his awkwardness when asked questions relating to our line could simply be because he genuinely knows very little about whats going on in that department.

Yes I got that wave last week. He's got some nice accessories Dr. Strange can borrow.

but Legends now includes 3.75 inchers

the rebranding of MU was silly from our perspective.they could have just kept it as MU but styled it like the Legends logo.

It is pretty awesome. Creator, maybe a little bit more SHIELD white on that tank?

Yikes! That's harsh.

Creator, nice work on the Hydra stuff.

Premx, that's a very cool castle. Awesome that your son sets it up with you.

Pilk, congrats on the little one!!!

Villano, great paint work on that Crossbones!

Lord Mudd, you beat me to the Britain Corps! I'm still planning to get to them, but want to do a full batch of nothing but those guys, so it'll be some time. Keep them coming!

I haven't watched Defenders or Punisher yet, but I have been reading Spider-verse lately. Fairly entertaining so far unlike Spider Island which I still haven't finished.

Are you a Prime member? It's for Prime only and they still have it at $15.

You experienced Prime, though? It's pretty sweet. Free shipping without having to pay $25, fast shipping WITH that freeness. I use my mom's account occasionally, and let me tell you, it's addicting.

Prem1x 11-27-2017 09:24 AM

$60 for a case of 4" Marvel

That's not even counting the free music, free movies, free tv shows, free thusrday nfl games, etc...

I'm all for railing against corporate greed, but you get a lot (for a really cheap price) with Prime and I freely admit I don't even have time to take advantage of it all. There's worse things you could spend your money on.

Im not that much into online stuff. If i wanna watch a movie, i got my dvd collection. Music, cds ( and even cassettes haha yah im that old school ;) ). Tv...i have my antennae. The free shipping would be nice but i just dont buy that much from amazon to justify the price, so for me its bot really worth it.

Damn. Still says pre-order on their site and I've got no shipping notification. I might have to email them...

Harbinger 11-27-2017 11:10 AM

Anyone have any of the blue marauder task force figs? Im after several of them.

Villano 11-27-2017 12:13 PM

Before too much praise is heaped upon me, I should tell you that the only thing I painted on that Crossbones is the "X" on his vest. The skull on the mask are a set of stickers from Marauders.

I will, however, admit that I applied those stickers like a boss. :p

Amazon loses money on Prime. They use it to make money on you in other areas.

Ninjinister 11-27-2017 12:37 PM

I wish Hasbro would have taken more advantage of this "Gamerverse" label that Marvel is pushing. They're on Funko Pops and Minimates and something else I think... but all we got was that half-assed Iron Man/X pack!?

I still see it at $14.99. Not just for Prime members. I know I'm not a Prime member. I added a Jessica Jones to get it to $25 for the free shipping.

I've updated my Punisher with some short sleeves and bullet hole decals for his chest. I also did a Jigsaw with head courtesy of Pilkster.

Last for today, a quick and easy modern take on Sin Eater using MTF parts.

Great work add always sir. Can you PM me the recipie Foote tje punisher please

MUfan97 11-27-2017 09:26 PM

You know, if Hasbro decides to continue the two packs(I doubt it, but optimism), I've just thought of a great one, and recipes for each figure.

Black suited Spider-man and Venom.

Spidey:

Shocker two pack head on that same buck, but with the thwip hand replaced with a standard hand. Very little paint needed, so easy peasy.

Venom:

Executioner body with new head, hands, and lower legs. Again, VERY LITTLE PAINTWORK NEEDED.

Need I say more?

There's nothing like being "Old Skool". Where Vintage is vintage and Classic is classic.

Thanks for the heads-up on the cyber-monday deals, Superret and Prem1x.

Nice customs, Villano. There's a rumor of Sin-Eater possibly showing up on Netflix's DareDevil Season 3.

Ahh! I missed it. I've been waiting for the price to drop for months, and the one day I'm traveling and can't check... :(

Anyone pick up an extra set?
