I had to share this hilarious lot currently on ebay. Sweet paint apps, including great faces. I particularly like Skeptical Superman and Thoroughly Irritated Thor.

Looks like Cap made a party foul with Supes, Thor, and Hulk are calling him on it. Meanwhile he's trying to look the other way.

Funny pic, JD.

I'm not judging you.

Just a tee shirt with a small snake on it. Gucci. Believe it or not that price was a steal, full retail was nearer £400 but we had a voucher. So, yeah. I have the same pair of boots for like six years now.....he's got Gucci rags. Go figure. #HighFashion Actually sold off some of his older high end bike parts that were free from a sponsor to pay for £200 of it and with the voucher saved another £100. So I wasn't too much out of pocket but still. He has his eye on A Bathing Ape hoodie now for £650.... Told him that sounds like a wonderful thing to save up for from your first job. Bank of dad is closed! (for the record, that shirt has a resale value of about £300 used so when he outgrows I will actually MAKE money off it, just another commodity-ole UKMU ain't that dumb or let his kid be a sheep)

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4LfJnj66HVQ

He said today he wants to make a Lil Pump custom! Lol, I told him that leads to dark side and forever dominate you it will. In other news, getting a new house that is more suitable for my wife's disability and can finally set up a proper man cave. Should be nice, Oscar has set the bar pretty high though. Think 10% off that. ;)

Also working on a deal with a shop to get an old school ToyBiz baf GiantMan and add him back to the collection. Every Avenger team NEEDS that gem. I get him down another 20 every month, another month or two hopefully.

I loved the pic from eBay DJ JD.... I like the Ewok Hulk best.

And here I am feeling ashamed for asking my parents to buy me a $20 item. Legit, I bought a Zurg recently that was about $30 with shipping, and I didn't want to burden my parents with that, so I just payed $20 for the Zurg and they payed the shipping(I take care of most of the house stuff, so they don't mind me using them to buy figures that rarely go above $13).

Birthdays and Christmases are my exception, but I stop buying in September for my November birthday, so it evens out.

ukmu 01-26-2018 11:18 PM

I will adopt you. Maybe swap? This kid costs me a fortune!

My favourite Marvel 3.75" related quote to date...
"You know dad, we army built to 30 HYDRA already, we should probably go all in and get to 50 don't you think."

Sad thing is, I actually agree....

Dragasses 01-27-2018 12:49 AM

like I said, I'm not here to judge.

I personally think that lil pump should save some money, cause that guy makes terribly lazy music. seems to be a trend in rap these days. oddly though, the kids haven't asked my opinion.

Hmm, a bit late on that adoption bit, but I'll take a very cheap Sugar Daddy arrangement! ☺️

Got some Miliput in an odd state right now. Basically, it still moves with my finger, but it isn't coming off, so should I proceed with painting? I think it just doesn't have enough of the curing part in that area of it, so I should probably buy another color to mix so I don't make that mistake anymore(cause I would not be able to tell the two sticks apart without the different bag colors).

^^^ I think that’s the one that’s due at my house any time now.

Good luck with the House move and welcome back UKMU, not going to comment on the expensive clothes.... all of us here spend a small fortune on kids toys ;)

And as long as Disney don’t try and water down Deadpool, I’m happy

Definitely do the different colours thing. Also start with small balls (ha) of each. Then make them into "snakes" by rolling them out into a thin coil. Braid the two together like a tight DNA strain. Smash back into a ball, coil out, rip in half and repeat 6 times. Never have that problem again.

That chair looks great....hit me up if you want to do a trade. I have figures you want and willing to move them. Also Lady Death looks great. I never did pick her up. I will someday as she isn't very high on my list.

The little rumours I heard about Disney is this. They still plan to "rest" the X-Men for some time. Next generation or about 10 Plus years. Disney is patient and plays the long game. Milk this generation on Avengers.... Do X-Men giant universe in the 30's. Get the kids that grew up on Avengers to take their kids to see X-Men sort of thing.... Who knows, just something I heard. Deadpool- I don't see them messing with that formula, it made buckets of cash. The Mouse likes cash it is his cheese. Highest grossing 18+ or R rated film in cinematic history. Also Disney is parent company to many films including Pulp Fiction so a few fuck words and split melons ain't a thang. I can see them using Kang, Galactus and or Dr. Doom straight away though. In fact Kang is the new villain in the gigantic new Lego Marvel game. No Thanos at all. So maybe he is the new direction? I don't imagine we will see Fantastic Four pretty much ever. Just doesn't work I think. A stand alone Hulk film, Superman films and FF are always gonna tank. The Mouse is fully aware of that.

Anybody going to buy into this Sectaurs KS?

ukmu 01-30-2018 08:55 AM

I forgot about those! The 4" scale is supposed to work well with them with the rideable insects. Are they still going to a glove?

Speaking of KS are the Zombie Lab figures still on point to ship in a few weeks? I didn't order but plan to buy from their store as the shipping is free and the price is like £17 each for the UK so I figure I would just grab a couple a month and build them slowly and wasn't bothered about the KS exclusive stuff.

A proper throne for a proper king. Nice job, Pilkster!

LordMudd 01-30-2018 11:08 AM

Here is one I have done research on but have not attempted yet. Have you considered making a throne for Laufey?

CCC.

Trailer looks good. Frontpage has some weird looking toys for this. I assume they are low articulation 5/6 inch figures.

Edit: It's multiple 12 inch figures. Weird.

I don't suppose Black Panther or Infinity War will get those movie 2-packs? I missed out on the Civil War one.

Not sure. Lots of BP stuff out now and no sign of 3.75. But we can hope.

snake5289 01-30-2018 08:33 PM

Wasn't it a good bit after the movies were in theaters before the Doctor Strange and GotG 2-packs got released? Could be another situation like that.
