Well, I think I'm finally done with my Venom custom, but I'm gonna act like the teaser and not show ya yet, but unlike them, I have a reason to post about it early.

I somehow managed to hurt my back whilst doing the teeth, so has anybody else injured themselves in some weird way whilst customizing?

Damn Tom hardy, will no one show a Venom pic anymore!?! The only injuries I’ve ever had (besides eye strain) doing customs were the time I rested my elbow on an open tube of superglue, and had it there for probably a good five minutes while doing some fine paint work, when I moved a good chunk of skin stayed with the table. The other was an exacto knife rolling off the table and landing perfectly point down in the top of my foot, the weird part is it was so sharp I didn’t even feel it right away.

MUfan97 02-09-2018 12:07 AM

And heeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrreeeeeee he is! With some Spideys to compare it to, as well!

And of course, for the unfortunate people who can't see it normally:

Tbh, I think the size difference between Venom and Spidey could be better(mainly, I think Venom should be a bit broader and taller), but this will do. You'll also notice that I didn't show Venom's back because the spider symbol there sucks. I like how the front one came out, though.

Whenever I do Carnage, I'll probably get a cast of some sort, because if this custom has taught me anything, it's that Miliput hates me.

Nice setup. Be proud of all that stuff. Looks great!

One more week for toy fair and I feel we will be severely disappointed but I've noticed maybe only one person ever asks more info on 3.75 but the 6inch collectors always cut in and dont let em finish ... hopefully we get something anything

Dwight Stall: Well, you 3 3/4 inch collectors will be happy to know that we've got a special surprise for you.

RAINBOW DEADPOOL SET 2!

kylactus 02-09-2018 05:50 PM

Rainbow head pool pack! Just five different color DP heads...$99.95 and the box is 10x10.

LordMudd 02-09-2018 07:13 PM

I'd buy that for a dollar.

Don't give them any ideas...

Ninjinister 02-10-2018 01:37 PM

Got a Rage on clearance today for like $2. Already had one but I think I could get some good customization out of him when I get back to doing those.

I wish Amazon would clearance stuff that low without making it an add-on item.

I was able to find a magic the gathering garruck wildspeaker ( add another frost giant ) a ulik for four bucks, grim reaper for 5 and quasar for 5. Gonna use reaper to upgrade quasar to a poseable body.

Sadly, I agree. I have doubts of any major 3.75 news though I am keeping my fingers crossed.

That would be an awesome idea (minus the $99 cost & oversized box).

Nice score!

I can see Dwight at Toyfair now: "And for all you 3.75 fans out there..."

Nice score!

I doubt we see anything for MU, but could see decent Jurassic Park and Super Articulated Star Wars since we know those lines are coming.

Sounds about right lol...
Dwight stall:
“After all these 12”, 6”, and ‘role play’ toy reveals that is bankrupting you 6” collectors... we will reveal for all you 3.75” collectors out there... go fek yourselves!”

LordMudd 02-11-2018 10:09 PM

I have 1 word for Dwight and the executives he answers to: KICKSTARTER!

CCC.

kylactus 02-11-2018 10:14 PM

#fuckdwight... I really dont know what that means, but some tech nerd run with that shit...
the 3.75 line will co e back kids, I assure you. Anyone who knows how to manage a kick starter and can do tech stuff pm me, I’m looking to resurrect some ideas I’ve had on pause for personal reasons. Need a computer geek to bounce some stuff off of....

kostej 02-12-2018 01:15 PM

I think that one of his jerkiest moves was introducing big Legends-sized absolutely unnecessary motorcycle for Black Widow after years upon years of saying that he really wanted but could not fathom any possible way how to introduce vehicles for 3.75 inch line, not even for Ghost Rider...

This proves he has no business being in charge of anything at Hasbro, or anywhere else for that matter. How many vehicles has Hasbro released for GI Joe alone?
