We apologize for the bad news but the good news is the item is confirmed to return in approx 2-3 weeks.

We can do one of two things.

1) If you decide to keep your order with us, and we hope you do, we will be glad to give you free shipping on your order. If you paid by paypal we will get you a refund for the shipping charges when your reply back to us stating you would like to keep your order. If you paid by credit card we will only change for the item and you will not be charged for shipping. All charge card orders are not charged until an order is shipped.

2) If you decide to cancel your order, and we hope you do not, We can get you a full fast refund once we get your cancellation email.

What we need to hear from you now is a reply to this email stating that you would like to keep your order or if you would like to cancel it. Again the assortment is scheduled to return in approx 2-3 weeks and has been verified by our Hasbro rep.

I thank you for your order and your understanding.
We will do whatever your would like with your order, hold it and get free shipping or get you a full refund. However for either of these things to be done we need to get a reply to this email from you ASAP.

Did anyone else order wave 19 and not get this email? I know stuff happens, but I also dont feel like giving these guys a load for "2-3 weeks" if they're going to pull a fast one at the end of that time.

Looks like the new Comic Pack and wave 18 are in Miami...unfortunately scalpers nabbed all the She-Hulk packs and only the empty peg was left for MU.
My roomate works down there and is getting me the Spidey/Doom set- so I can make me a Venom, baby!
...and I guess a Doombot. I'm going to cast Doom's mask and stick a few onto T3 Endoskeletons. That will rock.

I never pre-ordered but I've gotten old TMNT figures from them before. Everything came as ordered.

Hells yeah, I'd wait myself, even if the shipping was only $10. Although before a couple of days ago I'd never ordered from them before but know they are legit. People have already gotten/picked up cases from them. Most e-tailers won't get their shipments until Sept. anyway so IMO you have nothing to lose (they're not going to rip you off). BTW I'll have my case in 6 days

But the figures will be lame like the one with the normal jet.

I'm with you on this. Not sure when they're going to hit retail but I'll have to wait until then. All of the pics you guys post will have to be enough for now.

Yeah u know on top of being a bit too high priced for my tastes, it has that weird ab crunch that is prevelant in the dc 6 inch figs, which makes me really dislike those figures.

But if they were a decent price I'd rather display that beast than the broadway cats version that we are currently getting.

I'm not wanting a 90's Beast, nor a Modern Beast even though we got one, what I want Hasbro to do is pick a damn timeframe. Either complete the 90's group or give us the modern group.

That head looks like the Rise of Cobra The Doctor scarred head. I used it too for my unmasked Deadpool, just looks like a monocle was added to it. Not sure about the arm though.

The arm is a doctor Rex claw with a artic Storm Shadow gauntlet...Glued and painted...I'm 90% sure...I'm a Joe Whore too..lol!


I have the same strucker in the works....Took a light saber and cut the end off for the monocle...:-)

There we go, looks like it. I was gonna use a Thundercats gauntlet painted red if I ever had the timeto make a Strucker.

Went back to the TRU today - no She Hulk or FF two packs. only magneto/cap 2 packs.

if i come across any this weekend, i'll PM ya'll in the order who asked for a specific item.
