Not shady and I think someone posted the body of the apology e-mail here.

The problem lies in how their on-line shop handles inventory. (it only updates every 24hrs.)

They don't usually see a run on items like this, so I'd be surprised if they've ever experienced this, but they're good people with a fairly large brick and mortar store that I literally lose myself in every time I visit.

They've got tons of vintage toys, it's like a walk down memory lane and a comic section to boot.

They just basically got caught with their pants down, but they're good for whatever they've promised. I'd just be curious to see how quickly they can restock the assortment....

indeed you are correct about catching up for those who need to fill in there gaps..but i have 95% of all MU ..so it was waiting game on my end. i wish MU would just release new waves every three months :D

Hasbro would be smart to release new waves every 3 months or atleast not every 8 months lol.
