The footclaws are made from wolverine's claws.

I really can't wait for the series, but I am concerned because the Comicon photos show no ankle or wrist articulation at all.

So I just finished watching first class.....Garbage........The only cool thing was Nightcrawlers father..other then that....The cast sucked...Beast make-up was horrible....OMFG..I could go on for days......Oh and I liked Wolvie's cameo, and mystiqe was ok...........So I'm sticking with Thor as the best Marvel movie for this year....I'm still shocked as to how bad that was...I think X3 was better.....Sorry for the rant....

Anyone looking for Destroyer should keep checking Target. I never saw one until last Sat, and have seen him, or remnants of that wave, at a total of three Targets since then.

Those are waterslide decals from Bell Decals- I ust found a nice hydra logo online via Google, scaled it several times in Illustrator (big, armband size, etc.) and printed thtem on work's laser printer.
They are the same as what you'd get with a plastic model kit.

The mat they're standing on is something I made (easily) in Photoshop and printed on an 11x17" cardstock at work. It's just a laser print.
My cat now sleeps on it (why she like that, I have no idea).

P.S. Now give us Fantomex!

They could give you the perfect Phantonex by repainting a ROC Firefly and a Domino from a Helix.
But them some people would bitch about the repaint, call Hasbro "lazy" and so on...;)

Well what are you waiting for? Make me this Fantomex! I'll trade you an Iron Man, Spiderman, and Captain America for it! Haha

Jason Abbadon 09-20-2011 06:47 AM

I have all of those I'll ever need, thanks!

I was thinkning of making one though- X-Force and Journey Into Mystery are my bar the best superhero book being made right now.

I haven't checked out Journey into Mystery, sounds like I should, but uncanny x-force I couldn't agree more. Every issue just keeps getting better. Where X-23's book is more an introverted thinking book, Uncanny X-Force is just quick-paced action, story, quick-witted dialogue, and all around epic book. It really proves how good a team book can be.

I'm just worried a shade that Marvel will try to emulate it in their other books, causing them to dip even further into mediocrity by forcing writers to break their style, and ideas. I'm starting to think many team books would be far better with a different editorial staff, and not so much a different writer. It feels like Uncanny X-Force doesn't have that editorial mandate or interference and that's what makes it so freaking amazing.

I actually thought it was the best of the comic films this summer. Loved Bacon as Shaw, wanted to tear up Emma, and I really enjoyed the Professor X/Magneto story. Azazel was definitely badass (why no MU figure!). Green Lantern was my least favorite comic film of the summer, and Thor fell somewhere in between. I think Thor was a good movie, but the Thor story line is a little boring to me.

I thought it was a great movie, though I prefer Cap and Thor, I enjoyed it greatly. My only beef with First Class was Shaw should have just been Mr Sinister. would have made better sense from a comic fans standpoint, but I thought it was great.

I thought the movie was ok... Not the best but not horrible. But I for sure wouldn't say X3 was better.

Symbiote 09-20-2011 08:34 AM

I thought first class good. I like the build up of prof x and magneto. Magneto definitely was a badass in this movie but to each their own.

When I Started watching the Movie I though it was Sinister, and I also thought it would have been so much cooler to introduce such a baddas foe...

I really Enjoyed the XFC movie, I though it was much better than Thor -to be fair I did not like Thor too much- but the First Class Movie was well executed and quite bold... (i) fans usually don´t like to see character misplaced in the time space continuity -examples Havok being older that Cyclops or Emma Frost being so old- and (ii) assuming that the Cuban Missile Crisis was originated because of a mutant organization

Awesome pic!

I thought XMen was a solid movie. As i've said before, the story and acting of Professor X and Magneto really made the movie. Didnt care for the Shaw character that much or those silly teen heroes. Still best Xmen in the series to me.
Thor was a lot better than expected and had some really good action scenes although the fight with Destroyer should have been longer.
Havent had a chance to see Cap yet although from the previews I thought it'd be the best comic book character movie of the summer.
