Seems every figure from the 2014 SDCC exclusive wave has now been re-released as a single: Gladiator, BB, Medusa, Starlord. Those Ebay scalpers can suck it now on their overpriced asking prices, especially Gladiator, they want $70+ for him. I passed on that robotic looking thing they called TM so super stoked to be getting the one & only classic George Perez created & designed version.

Blastaar's the only one who hasn't been. So I'm still glad I got that set because he is the one I wanted most. Maybe we'll get him eventually....

Im stoked for prowler and spidey noir. Task master just killed the custom i was doin haha. Thank god it never got past the parts stages so i can put everything back. I dont think noir spideys gun is SUPPOSED to be a ray gun but a .22 revolver. Im still picking him up cause i loved the noir spider comic.

I was being very dirty minded. :D Nothing on you or your like for her. I'm guessing it will probably be a separate piece, I can't imagine they would make that her standard look. It will probably tightly abut around her head, very delicate in terms of falling off or not but will stay on if you don't breathe on it.

Maybe a second head, hopefully. I guess museum putty is always an option if not

I hope in the next year we get some of the more Unique Spider Verse characters. I want SPIDER-HAM!!, and Manga Spidey, and Spider Man India, And Lady Spider ( the steampunk type female) , and Spider Knight, and most of all... The Bombastic Bag Man!!.


Hell they still need to make a Infinity War Doppelganger Spider, or Man-Spider too.

And I have no DOUBT that we will see Demogoblin in the future. They have already used that body 3 times and I don't see then stopping any time soon.

Spider-Man India! Yes!! Of all the alternate spider-man versions we are getting that I have absolutely no interest in buying, they can't seem to make the one that I would buy!

India would be awesome, as would Manga Spidey... and really, I'd love a newer version of Scarlet Spider Kaine (Spidey 2099/Sunfire mold plz?)

I know this is a best pre-emptive as it's still 2017, but what's peoples thoughts on the 2019 X-wave?

BAF most likely candidates are Professor X chair, Sauron, and Nimrod. As much as I want Sauron I think he will be 2020 now and they will give us the BAV chair.

The 7 figures my guess would be:'

1. Professor Xavier (no way they aren't giving us him and the chair in separate waves.)

2. Classic Mystique

3. X-23 Wolverine OR, if she's in a pack or something which I can totally see, Moonstar/Monet/Blink. Moonstar/Monet/Blink would take up the "never done before" figure spot if that's the case. For varying reasons I can see any of them, Blink for the TV show, Monet was pretty big in the comics recently and Moonstar has the longevity and the movie.

4. Nightcrawler

5. Gambit

6. Cannonball or Sinister (if we get Moonstar) or Sebastian Shaw/Exodus, if we don't, to give us our "never done before" figure. Besides I think they will want to give us another villain aside from Mystique, but there's so much to choose from, and if they do need a brand new figure those are the two most likely villains to choose from.

7. Beast

SPIDER-HAM! And he comes with thor frog and cosmo!

I would buy all of these! Maybe not necessarily for the Magneto and Sabretooth figures, but they'd be in a wave anyways, and it's possibly we'll get at least one of those versions in this next wave, probably Sabretooth. I admit that Magneto's classic looks have not been done right as yet, but it's less of a concern to me than it is for others. They are close enough for me, but I hope we do get the perfect so that everyone can cross him off the list.

I personally ..cannot deal with all that which composed that Speed Racer movie..i mean ..I GET IT..it's fantasy, doesn't have to follow any logic(visually), just look the part and be.....true to itself???... But def not my cup of tea.. (and its seems not much for the masses either).
Though the person who made the video did sound a bit biased like Speed Racer could NOT have been made without that extent of formalism used. I disagree...believing, it again comes down to the creative mind that would pencil it.

Every time I scroll past Multiple Man...I keep thinking....I really expected more. Yeah he's okay...but we all usually want more than just...ok.

Not the look I would have preferred for Madrox but I will take it. Goofy grin head and all. He is one of the few X characters I really want. Hopefully he is not a giant pain to find because of army building. He may be a single (ok multiple) figure purchase if/when he is up somewhere for pre-order.

Taskmaster looks cool but I do not see the need for another version of him so soon.

I definitely agree on wanting some of the other Spider-Verse characters like Ham or Spider-Man India. Lady Spider would be AWESOME but I suspect we would end up with a "build a wing" style wave for her arms unless they made them small or did not include them at all.

Your list is pretty much the same as mine. Personally, I'd choose Blink over Dani and Monet, but I'd gladly take Laura instead. It would fill the 'requisite Wolverine' slot without making another Logan figure.

Also, I'd love a new Sinister, but I'd much rather have an Exodus finally hit this line.

As for the BAF... despite the likelihood of Xavier and his chair, I'd hope to instead see Nimrod or Sauron, with Nimrod just barely edging ahead in my book. But only barely.

(I just want an excuse to see Hasbro make a shiny pink robot the BAF)

I'm not as big a Spider-fan as some, but Spider-Man India played a central role in the Web Warriors comic, and his design is a nice, unique take on the standard Spidey outfit. Don't know much about his character, but I've never heard any complaints.

Lady Spider is a steampunk-y Spider-Woman, though she shares little in common with most of the known Spider-Men and -Women across the multiverse, sharing more in common with Superior Spider-Man (hence why she was recruited into his team in the Spider-Verse stuff)

Madame Web is indeed a character in 616, and the version that appeared in the animated series was the Cassandra Webb version, though Julia Carpenter has since succeeded her in the role.

EDIT: While pulling up those pages, I found out about Assassin Spider-Man... damn, I would love a figure of him. A simple enough figure to do, sure, but that's a striking costume, and I like his backstory.

I wasn't complaining as much as I was noting Hasbro's ability to make slight, but significant errors in judgement when green-lighting figs for release. Not going with Jamie's 'Madrox detective agency' outfit was as irksome a move as some of those heads - I appreciate their effort to provide variety for the duplicates, but that non-cowled head (the best of the bunch) has SUCH perfectly coifed hair that it's almost as if his mom just 'spit-smoothed' it - the head looks like it should rest atop a cassock wearing alterboy figure, not Multiple Man. And to make matters more annoying, some of the missed tweaks are so easy to fix, like pupils for Gladiator.

That gun(s) for Spidey Noir was one of the guns that came with the Chameleon. It's definitely a 'ray-gun' that I found to be a strange pack-in for Chameleon and an even stranger pack-in for Noir...

Ah the forge pistol. Ill just gank one of my vigilantes revolvers to give to him. I mean shit if misty can have a damn 44. Mag they coulda given noir pete a frickin 22. Cowardly bastards.

I don't know if it's "cowardly" as much as just "baffling" - without a statement from someone at Hasbro, there's no way to know why those laser pistols were put in place of revolvers.
