After noticing a few occurences of the Vintage wave popping up at Walgreen's, I went out to my local two. No sign of the Vintage figures at either, but I did spot the Human Torch exclusive. Guess the wait continues.

Ares is great. Definitely my favorite of the wave. The articulation, bulk, sculpt, etc. I like it.

I finally found a way to get back into collecting comic based Marvel Legends. It’s simple...I don’t have to buy everything that is released. I swore I would stick to MCU Legends, but there’s too much good stuff in my storage and that’s being released next year for me to deny myself, lol. Of course now I need to fix some of the loose joints on my figures in storage, but my trick is to heat and freeze them like I usually do. LOL!!!

whats up with people putting pictures of hasbro boxes? i can go to my walmart and take pictures of hasbro boxes also...show the figures not the boxes, smh.

I like that Deadpool font they used for the Back in Black version. Other than that... the Juggernaut wave Deadpool is still the best Deadpool IMO.

Sometimes, it's good to see the Hasbro cases, let's you know what wording to look for if you happen to spot one on a sales floor at night. Saves you the trouble of cracking it open only to find stuff you might already have. It's especially helpful for Black Series, where they tend to re-release figures from wave to wave.

Same here in regards to collecting. I just cherry pick the characters that I'm attached to or the figures that catch my attention after release. Much better to choose, than to feel pressured into buying everything for the sake of completion. Though with all of the reveals for next year, Hasbro is definitely making it a lot harder to choose!:D

I don’t want to sound like a mark, but collecting will be easier since I order from dorkside. I ordered 4 waves from them this year and they’ve earned my business for a long time. I know they sell the BAF’s on their own, so cherry picking just got a little easier. But you’re right, the X-Men and Deadpool waves for next year are easy entire wave purchases for me.

Got Medusa last week. I like the outfit better than the SDCC one. Shame they couldn't update her hair. Maybe they will release a head in a two-pack like they did with Phoenix. But I doubt it. BTW the Inhumans show had such bad reviews, that allowed me to enjoy it (in a so bad is good) as I had ultra -low expectations.

Also got the Widow with vintage card. Really crap of Hasbro to put the MJ head on her (with orange hair not red), instead of the classic head that comes with the one with the motorbike. I guess that's how they made me get both. I like to put one with The Avengers display and the bike with my other bike riders.

Am getting the Defenders box set next week for Jewel and Cage (sold the SDCC one), but I resent having another DD and Fist. They should be singles. Plus another re-used head on Jewel? Crap. At least Jewel and Silk will go in separate displays obvs.

Oh, I understand completely. I've bought singles from Dorkside. They really are top-notch, and I love how interactive they are with their customers across multiple forums.
Nice A-Force set-up! I agree about the hair on the Medusa. She definitely needs something a little more dynamic, while she's representing as the queen of Attilan. Also, really looking forward to the Black Widow Vintage release. The re-use of the MJ head doesn't bother me as much, because there is not a chance that I'm not buying both Widows. The extra MJ head will be nice fodder.
