At the end of the teaser trailer Nakia is wearing the red and gold attire the other members of the Dora Milaje wear. She’s standing next to Shuri, and she has those big ring looking weapons. Either way, I hope we get a press release soon. The anticipation is killing me. LOL!!!

I had forgotten about the teaser trailer. Hasbro is supposed to attend a couple more conventions this year so we should get more announcements in the next couple of months. The release schedule for next year seems way off cause the Deadpool and Spiderman waves are supposed to come out around end of December/January, leaving February for the Black Panther wave. Usually we get a couple of months in between the movie wave and the movie.

This particular Thor has a known issue for the arm being stuck in place. Put him in a bath of warm/hot water and break the arm free that way. Once broke free put him in ice water to set the plastic again. It should resolve your issue. This will also work to straighten the legs as well..

My guess is MCU Man-Ape must be the BAF. Which is fine for me actually, I would have some interest in it, but not as much as a comic version, and not enough to justify me getting a wave with Iron Man, Black Bolt, Namor, and Black Panther, all of which we have either too many figures of already (IM) or very similar (the rest). I'd have a harder time passing on comic Man-Ape. That is not an MCU vs. Comic complain by the way, it's great that it'll likely be MCU Man-Ape, it makes sense and the design is pretty awesome...just...this wave o_O And since I"m watching my money more now I must be more choosy with who I can get. If it's the MCU Killmonger I may not even get him (whose design is nothing but uninpsired to me)...but plan on getting the Klaw/Shuri two pack and what's likely a Dora Milaje type character.

I don't know if this is news or not, not Premium Collectables have the Black Panther wave up for pre-order and they describe it as "wave 1", which obviously implies more than one BP wave. Have Hasbro said anything about there being another BP wave?

To all ML collectors...Amazon ML Defender 4 pack is up for pre order...I know there mostly all re-does, but I still like the pack, don’t mind getting another DD and Luke Cage in the process...

Are you sure? The only wave I could find on most online retailers that was a single wave that was numbered wave one was the Doctor Strange wave. The rest either haven't had a second wave yet (Marvel Knights), have had more than one wave (GotG and X-Men) or were named after the BAF and not numbered.

I ordered the Defenders set. I really want the Jewel figure. She looks great. I'll take a shirtless Iron Fist and the Luke Cage looks good. I might even end up selling the SDCC Luke Cage in favor of this one. I don't need the Daredevil, but if nothing else, I can use him as a custom or something.

I'm pretty sure that's a formality. 2018 is gonna be an insanely crowded year for Marvel Legends given multiple Avengers waves and whatever they're doing for Infinity War. I don't think Black Panther or Ant-Man & The Wasp are getting more than a single wave each.

Or you could sell/trade him to someone that wants him. Both DDs that are out now are the best versions of that character ever & the 1st version is very pricey on ebay.

I just want the Luke and Jewel. So unless someone's willing to part with just them, I'll wait until the set hits discount.

AFAIK that's not confirmed. Just very suspect rumor and speculation. By suspect I mean it makes total sense, and why they haven't revealed it yet (It would be MCU due to that no doubt), but they could throw us a curve ball and give us something else.
