Here's a couple of pictures of the bookcase where I keep most of my MU figures. I usually take pictures in front of it because it has the best lighting. I have other figures scattered around (like my Marauders), but that area is a little...chaotic....I don't want to take any pictures there. It's near my art table and I have all my supplies and junk around there. :o

I'm also including some pics of one of my favorite customs...the Bionic Bigfoot! Or, if you want to make it Marvel related, you can say it's Yetrigar.

Other than awesome customs what do we really have left?

The industry as a whole is going through its usual peaks and valleys. Yet the following is on the horizon.

- 2018 / 2020 TF movie, G.I.Joe movie, Micronauts movie, and other 3.75 figures of former Marvel titles. "Hasbro is capitalizing on the (Bumblebee) film’s surroundings with a slate of ‘80s-themed launches, which the company hopes will 'lead a wave of Millennial nostalgia.'”
https://rzzy0b736k-flywheel.netdna-s...2_cvrSUB_b.jpg

- 2019 HasLab. The 10 year Collection had 6 inch and 12 inch Legends. So a 3.75 inch Legends toy can serve as thee grand finale. A grand HasLab toy to wrap both Agent Fury's Avengers (films) and his Agents of SHIELD (TV show). Like Agent Maria Hill, maybe include a figure of Fury's fellow SHIELD Agent = Skye.
https://comiclists.files.wordpress.c...-handbook4.jpg

- 2022 is MCU's next saga. A saga wrapped around the Fantastic Four? X-Men? Eternals? Remember how Revenge of the Sith concluded its saga? The conclusion began a crazy increase in toy sales. Hasbro said it wasn't prepared. If they prepared a HasLab Republic Star Destroyer back then, sales would've been crazier! The Avengers/Agents of SHIELD saga can conclude; by begining a new slate of HasLab toys. Helicarrier for 2019. Baxter Building in 2022. Xavier School for 2024. This can increase demand for 3.75 figures, and for years to come.

Here's a tip: I also have one of the 5 POA Pink Rangers from the 2010 line(where this yellow ranger came from), and her helmet fits nearly perfectly on the X-23 body. It needs some securing sure, and it might LOOK a little oversized, but I think it's logical to assume that the helmets would look a little large.

MUfan97 05-21-2018 02:29 PM

Oh yeah, nearly forgot. THIS came out today! Enjoy!

Sorry. I do my best. Maybe try it on your phone? The phone I'm currently on is outdated as heck and it can click the link.

DAVE VONNER a life long Marvelite posted a picture of DOZENS OF DC COMICS on his Instagram! He now works for Mattel owner of DC Comics global toy license. If you like to see more 3.75 inch figures, let your voices be known.

Can anyone post these customs on Dave Vonner's Instagram? In fact many of you talented customizers should send Vonner your equally awesome (DC) customs.

Count your shots - four bullets for one man is a waste.

Depends on who you are shooting.

Personally, I don't shoot anyone. They can't suffer if they are dead.

Thats why i like bladed weaponry and crossbows. Non-lethal limb removal and a crossbow bolt to the groin guarantees suffering. Or you could just strap em to a chair and force em to watch endless airings of teletubbies. ;)

Guns are too quick. You don't get to savor all those little emotions.

LordMudd 05-22-2018 06:14 PM

How do you make an exhibitionist suffer? Take away his audience.

It takes less bullets to get rid of the exhibitionist, though.

True. Now that you pointed it out.

First glance, the entire photo was reminiscent of The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe.

Sender 05-22-2018 07:38 PM

Speaking of photos, i came across this photo from the first Avengers 3.75 movie line...

Vonner is the reason I got into collecting, I loved what he did with the Marvel Universe line. He seems like a cool guy too. I hope hasbro brings him back and shit cans Dwight stall. I don’t know why stall hates the 3.75” scale so much. All he had to do was reuse the molds they already had and do some minor retools and kit bashing. Hopefully we get some new stuff soon.
