Dave Vonner is buying lots of DC Comics while working at Mattel. Hopefully one of those dozens of comics he buys each month, will inspire him to make an equally special DC toyline.

Welp, I have to wait on parts - I thought I had them already - to finish the last figure for the batch. So while I'm waiting on those I started an homage to Avengers: EMH with a 'Surtur possessed' Enchantress. I already sculpted on the mask.

Believe it or not I'm starting to enjoy sculpting. In a sense. It's still a time consuming pita, but the flexibility it allows you when customizing can't be understated.

Anyway, since this isn't for a batch or anything, just a for fun custom, I'm going to try and make a removable flame attachment for her hair. I don't know if it'll work, but going to give it a go. If she's ready by the time I finish the last figure I'll add her in with the pics for that batch.

The movie Dr Strange I ordered from HTS was Derpus Maximus so I swapped on a comic pack one.

Happy belated 4th of July to my American bredren (loved the latest series of Luke Cage. If you haven’t already, get it watched, ASAP)

The man cave/toy room has been in a huge mess. Spent a good 4 hours cleaning it and picking up and re-displaying “suicidal” figs. If you leave your figures unattended, they like to topple off shelves and take others down with them apparently.

Haven’t been in there for a while as the weather in the UK has been outstanding, trying to make the most of it, it’s a rare occurrence.

Anyhoo. Got some more lovely customs from Pilk, and updated the A.I.M. display.
