Yes I do visit flea markets every now and then.
That’s actually where I found my marvel legends danger and hope summers that I posted pics of. They where 12$ each wich is very good considering their real value. |

The flea markets here in the u.s. have pretty good prices.
And all the exchange places near me are just pawn shops that don’t have collector items so I’ve never had a chance to exchange. |

Prices are low on some websites, but shipping costs seem very high. However, when a good research is done, I can find beautiful figures at affordable prices. |

I can imagine shipping prices are a real pain, hopefully collecting becomes simpler for your country like it is in the U.S. or U.K.

Turkey! What's the toy-collecting scene like there? Is it popular? Or do people look at you funny?

Of course, there is not a large collector base yet, but there are very enthusiastic people. I am more experienced because I have been in this culture for more than 20 years. Of course, some people find it normal, while others want to learn what this hobby and culture is like. We can easily find sculptures and toys of all companies. There is no problem in accessing new and popular collectibles. There are so many shops. We also have multiple toy museums where you can see many old toys. You know, I have a dream to open a museum too. However, it is not so easy to find old figures on the internet. Especially hard to find in the box. It's rarer here. On the other hand, we can find very beautiful figures in Flea markets. However, I haven't been able to find a few figures I'm particularly looking for yet. |
Very interesting!

Where I live I get odd looks because I’m a guy buying female characters. In my head I’m always thinking “trust me it’s not like that”. |

In fact, everyone can create different collection styles. This is a good thing. It's nice to see different collections. Of course, this toy collectorship may seem different to many people. Some people may say, "Are you a child, what are these?" Some people might consider it a "wasted money". This could happen anywhere in the world. I respect everyone. So far, I haven't come across many negative comments. I hope everyone can realize their hobbies in the best way they want. Recently I neglected my vinyl records collection because unfortunately the old Pioneer turn table needle broke. :( (By the way, my English may not be good, sorry for that.) :) |
Neat Stuff. I have that Batman Begins Exo Suit. I've had that since second grade. The Batman's leg is broken sadly. My little brother was a bit destructive when he was young. I had posted my mixed collection display for the month thinking this thread was for that purpose, not realizing this was you showing off your stuff. I will start my own thread for that purpose.

A Clanker figure from the Pirates of the Caribbean series has been added to the collection. Also, a Snoopy around 52 CM was included in the collection. By the way, the apparatus that keeps Peter, one of my Heroes figures, is broken and I need to fix it. He is standing now. :)

Hello everyone again. I'm having a bit of a hard time right now. My grandmother fell and broke her hip. We help him as a family during the hospitalization process. I caught the coronavirus and am trying to recover. It's a very difficult disease. God help everyone.
Adding something to my collection is going to be a bit difficult and slow right now. However, toy collection is important for morale. Added Battle Cat figure to the collection. I'm also very happy to find Pokemon figures that I bought in the 90s and had forgotten in the boxes at my grandmother's house for many years, and they are back in the collection. |

By the way I’m so sorry to hear you got covid and your grandmother broke her hip, I pray things will start looking up for you very soon and that you and your grandmother will recover. |

Battlecat belongs to the 2003 burger king series. It's a really nice toy. I love the quality of the old toys. Pokemon was very important to me in the 90s. However, after that, I couldn't spare much time and couldn't follow the series. But I love these little toys. I'm glad you liked it. Thank you so much. :) |
